⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of trying Guero Loco's food truck in Manhattan, Kansas, and I can't rave enough about it! Their birria tacos are absolutely the best I've ever had—juicy, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste. Surprisingly good. Not from here was just stopping by when I picked up my daughter. The food was hot and fresh. My daughter's had the shredded beef burrito its was huge and good ratio of rice to meat. They couldn't finish the burrito. I had the ramen and burrito taco. Both were delicious. Flavor was amazing. The amount of meat in the taco was mind boggling. Amazing!! * Side note - This was late at night after a great show at the hat. We got our food and ate it in our car! So the pictures dont do it justice!* It's one of the best taco trucks.
