A new restaurant in the old Holla building. I've had breakfast here twice. First time I had a egg white omelette. It was fricken delicious. The second time Florentine eggs. Poaching eggs is an art. They nailed it here. My friend had the "unbeetable" salad. She told me it was excellent. You are brought a carafe of water with your menu. Too many restaurants serve you terrible tea. Here you get a brewing pot with excellent loose tea. The service is quick, professional and friendly. There are high chairs and boosters available. The interior is bright, clean and tastefully decorated. Whoever opened this restaurant did an outstanding job organizing and setting this place up. This is a well run and efficient place with excellent food and great service. Open from 0700 until 1500hrs. My only gripe is that the chairs hurt my skinny butt. The booths are more comfortable. Read moreThe food and service were excellent. We received very fast seating and service for a Sunday at noon for brunch. I got the Triple Berry Crepes, and added the sweet cream cheese filling per the waitress’s suggestion. My mom got the Salmon Benedict, and my dad got the Steak Skillet. All was super yummy. I was also very pleased that my mom was able to substitute the English muffin on her Benedict for a gluten-free option, so plenty of options for those with dietary needs as it sounded like most items could be substituted if needed. For beverages, my mom got the caramel macchiato, I got the brown sugar iced latte, dad the root beer. The two espresso drinks were very good, and would definitely get again. Plan to be back soon as there was a good portion of lunch options as well that seemed like delicious choices. Thanks for an amazing...

Now a word of warning they do not make a true Benedict (a true Hollandaise which is traditionally served is a very simple savory sauce made with butter, egg yolk, lemon, and salt. It has a smooth, velvety texture with just the right amount of bright lemon flavor to keep it from being too heavy). This had zero lemon taste and I am not sure what they were attempting to achieve with the watery gravy they served instead. This was the only fault in an otherwise delicious brunch and the perfectly done poach of the eggs was most definitely a huge success. We will...
