Came here for the first time and ordered a large pep & bacon pizza with cheese sticks. The lady said it’d be about 20-25 minutes so me and my boyfriend decided to wait in the car. After 20-25 minutes I went to pick it up just to find out that it hasn’t been started yet. I was waiting for almost 2 hours now and the lady up front kept changing the time frame of when my food would be done. Not sure if I’ll come back here next time for take out but I don’t blame the lady nor the kitchen! Things get busy so I understand that. We have ordered here multiple times over the past year because we really like GM's pizza. However, we have been let down literally almost every single time with some type of issue with ordering. I'm not exaggerating. Literally 9 times out of 10 there is some type of major issue where the pizza wasn't made all together, no one put the order through, it wasn't made properly, etc. If the staff at Crooked Pint can't figure out how to put an order through, then designate staff for GM. Have ordered a couple of times since they opened. They always take much, much longer than the time they quote. Whichever poor soul is at the desk has to check with the kitchen and they never get more information than "not ready yet". Once ordered 4 different calzones and not one box actually listed which calzone was which. Food is a step up from Dominos, but there are far superior choices for pizza in Mankato.
