Crumbl — Restaurant in Mankato

We have never had issues at any other locations, but yesterday we visited the Mankato location. The man working, Vic, had no patience for anyone. I tried to ask a question and he somewhat answered while walking away from me. He then came back and I tried to give him the info I had for order pick up, which was that someone else ordered the cookies, but I was listed as the pick up person. He asked what the name was of the person that ordered and I told him, and then said it would be under my name though as the pick up person. He responded with, “Don’t just starting giving me names… Becky, Andrea… there are so many names. Just give me the same of who ordered it!” I was taken aback and AGAIN told him the name of who ordered it. He went back and told me it was 1 cookie, which was incorrect. I said no, it’s 4. So he asked for the name again and I told him it would be listed under ME, which I’ve now already said 3 times. He then found that order. The 2 women behind me were shocked at his behavior as well and one of them said “wow! I’m just here to get cookies, not get chastised!” Then another employee came to show me my cookies and showed me an order of 6 cookies which I did not order. I said no, it’s wrong and told them what I ordered and then I finally was given my correct order. I am sure Vic saw my face after he was rude and disrespectful to me because he then tried to make small talk with me and pretend that they were just so busy… which they were not at the time. He was also rude to a women who was confused about the app, and an employee who was trying to pick up her own order. Not one to usually post and complain, but lately been very disappointed in this crumbl location specifically. They are always out of at least 1 if not 2 cookies seems like, and employees are very young and not great with customers. A recent visit I asked one of the employees how long until 2 cookies would be ready and then a younger employee from the back yelled that they still have to make the dough and it would be 45 minutes at least. I waited about 5 minutes to place an order because that changed what I was going to order. After I ordered and paid for the cookies the said employee from the back then proceeded to remove the cookies I asked for while looking right at me from the fridge. I said I thought it was going to be 45 minutes and they looked at me and said nothing. So I had to change what I ordered because they didn't want to dress the cookies. They just opened recently so I expected there to be a wait and/or some kinks to work out. The entry was cramped and full of people waiting. Waited about 10-15 min for 4 cookies… We got Confetti Cake, Chocolate Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Swiss Roll and Salted Caramel Cheesecake. The Swiss Roll cookie was too hot when they put the chocolate glaze and marshmallow swirl on, so it melted off the cookie and onto the box. I tried to swirl it back on, so be aware your cookie will be much prettier! Confetti Cake my fav 9/10 Sweet, moist, perfect. Chocolate Cookies n Cream 3/10 was too hard Chocolate Swiss Roll 9/10 soooo chocolate-y and good Salted Caramel Cheesecake 7/10 the topping is amazing, the graham cookie was moist but a bit too thick and much. It was like a cake. Cookies are about $4.50 each and the price goes down if you make it a pack. Worth a...
