La Central ATX — Restaurant in Manor

This is one of our newer spots to eat in Manor, and I don’t know what we ever did without them. LaCentral is so good with so much variety that even when me and my SO are in the mood for different things, we can always agree on this place.

The chicken is probably best chicken in Manor. From the chicken sandwich, to the wings, etc. My partner’s go to is the chicken katsu, and for me it’s hard to decide - but their Caesar wrap is definitely in my top 3.

Furthermore, and what I think makes LaCentral really special, is that the owner is awesome. You can tell he cares about the food he serves, he’s always working hard yet will take the time to ask you how your day’s going, and he goes above & beyond. For example, from 8/13 thru the next couple of days, he’s offering complimentary “small” plates for his customers to try out new dishes.(Pictured) He stocked us up with what we asked for (Loco Moco, teriyaki chicken) plus surprised us with some flautas too! Side note, his regular portions will leave you full with high potential of another meal (or two).
