Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Manor

Order was missing one pizza when delivered. And that driver took off when told a pizza was missing. Plus the one pizza that did arrive, did not look like a pan pizza.

Called the store 2x, one time to say a pizza was missing and 2nd time when we realized the one pizza we got did NOT look like a pan pizza. A man who worked there argued with me how it WAS a pan pizza. I told him it looked like a hand tossed pizza. He repeated no, it was pan. This a night before Christmas Eve…. I said, I have one pizza missing, the other does NOT look like pan, I know the difference (I felt insulted I’m having to defend myself) He made it clear he would replace this at the expense of the store…. Uhm YES you should be, I don’t need to be told as if “I don’t want to do this, cuz I’m right and you, the customer are wrong” attitude.

I drove to the store with the one pizza we did get, since I felt I had to prove myself, which was insulting. That guy never came up to help, of course. But a very nice lady (with holiday make up stencils did, very sweet and festive) and when I showed her the pizza she had said it was pan, but it did look like it had been squished down, so it could look like a hand toss. She said I could keep that one since they’d just throw it away, and gave me 2 correct pizzas.

The way y’all make your pan and hand toss look crazy similar minus a thin oil ring around the pizza, a bit darker color mark on the crust. I mean, any other pizza company that does pan pizzas, it’s very obvious about the difference.

I definitely will not get that so called Pan crust again for a $1 more. IF I even ever order from this store in Manor, TX again.

On three different occasions this pizza hut has failed to offer even a general sense of customer service. On the first occasion, I ordered delivery and I received half of my order. When the delivery guy returned with the rest of my order, he still did not have all of my items. For this mix up, the manor pizza hut offered me a $35 credit. When I received the credit, the manager explained I had to call in to get the credit. A few days later (2nd occassion) I called the store to use the credit on another delivery order, I was told I could only use the credit on carryout orders, not delivery. So a credit I received for delivery being inaccurate could only be used on carryout orders. Despite that stipulation of the credit wasnt explained, I decided to save the credit for a later date and placed a regular delivery order. On today (3rd occassion), I called the store to place a carryout order. This time, the manager questions me as if I'm lying about the credit. The credit cant be found in the system, and he explains the credit can be used on delivery or carryout orders. The manager then offers me a $20 credit and argues he's trying to meet me in the middle. No sir. Offering less of a credit after being lied to and questioned is not meeting in the middle. Upholding your previous credits/offer is good business.

It’s locations like these that make me so mad for tipping. Whoever was working on 07/24 is ruining it for the rest of y’all. I ordered curbside. Called the store, TWICE. Was told that the person that brings the pizza out was in the restroom and it would be out shortly. The whole reason I left a tip bc I realize that it does take some amount of effort to bring the pizza outside. After waiting for over 15 min I went in and got the pizza. 2 cashiers up front. One is a dude literally playing on his phone, never even looked up at me. So I go to the girl. I tell her that I called and I’ve been waiting outside for my curbside order. She nonchalantly says, “my bad” lol okay. Then I get home. Pizza is cold obviously but the worst part is, IT WASN’T CUT??!!!! “Iconic check” yeah…ok. Called the manager, I believe her name was Olivia. Attitude was terrible. No apologies. Her whole attitude gave “well what do you want me to do about it”. Fast food service in the Manor area just sucks in general. Everyone always has funky attitudes and you just asking the bare minimum…for people to do their jobs. Frustrating and...
