Don’t bother the employees here, they make their own rules on hours of operation & serve you when they feel like it.
Hours open until 11 pm the day I went. Pulled up to drive thru, cone in drive. Parked & went to door, locked. Noted hours on door open until 11 pm. Hmm…? Got back in car returned to drive thru & moved cone as obviously they were open. Pulled to order screen, nothing.
Back door opens & blonde female says “we’re closed” why is that? Hours are until 11… “We haven’t had much business” ok…well I am business & it is not closing time. Turns and walks back in door. 3 employees then come out of door including blonde female, brunette female & brunette male. Brunette lady says “Is there a problem?” Yes…I am here during business hours I expect service. “We are closed.” Why? Do you just make your own hours? Brunette proceeded to state they already threw out the food (so you get old food I guess when they do feel like working) that I can”get it myself” when asked for district/general manager contact info (after first stating she was that person) stated she would call the cops (great! Do that so I have a report with names when I do find contact info!) & also argued that I as “not there” for at least 10 minutes before closing & she “has video you know” great!!! Pull it up I’ll wait fir my copy (as she keeps looking at her watch seeing it at even that time was 10:55 after I had been there...
Read moreLevel of maturity would go a long way. This evening I stopped to pick up 3 meals one of which was a French DIP and Swiss. I ordered in the drive through at 9:35pm and received my food at 9:57pm. Crazy part is only one vehicle was ahead of me in line. So I pull to the parking lot to verify everything was in the bags. The DIP to the sandwich was not there so I walked to the door which was locked they seen me and walked away. I then pulled back into the drive thru which was now closed with 3 cars in line. So knowing my pregnant wife at home would be extremely upset if I return without the DIP I wait another 20 minutes in line. Finally I'm next and I see the lady keep looking at me in line, the final car pulls away awesome. Well the lady takes off from the window when I pull up and hides around the corner. The other worker drops her broom and dust pan and hides like my kids playing hide and seek. So I wait 5 minutes try to call the store then call my wife to disapoint her cravings. So I pull away thinking instead of complaining about why you should get paid over 15 an hour maybe just try to excel at one thing in life. An absolute joke this store is being run like this and as someone who deals with 25 employees of his own I would work on improving the customer service or what...
Read moreSo tonight I went to this Arby's location and had the worst experience possible. First off the parading lot is literally pot hole city that will swallow your car alive. Then I get up to the board to order and it literally takes them 15 minutes before they even take your order why I am getting soaked from having my window cracked while it is poring just waiting for them to take my order. I had a coupon for the two can dine for $8.99 but I added cheese to one of the sandwiches and got two cookies. I pull up to the window to see the 3 managers standing around not helping the window person bag orders and he is struggling to keep up. I finally get my order after 30 minutes just to check my bag and see they forgot my cookies. I run all the way back in with my bag to get my cookies then come back out to my car when all of a sudden the bag ripped down the seam after getting soaked spilling food all over my car. I am tired of going to this Arby's and having to wait an hour to get fast food! Calling corporate tomorrow on this location because I used to work in fast food and there is no reason anyone should have to wait that long. But I just find it hilarious that this is the only Arby's in town where you have to wait an hour to get food must be poor management in that case someone needs to...
