I visited the location yesterday and had a bad experience with the lady taking my order. Prior to ordering my food she had a bad attitude. We told her that we needed to place 2 orders. Normally they just say to let them know when your done with the first order, but this lady said "what do you want". Once we pulled up to the window, the rudeness continued. She didn't say hi or even the total. She just held out the card reader. When trying to put my card away, she held out my water and said here in a rude tone twice. I then told her that she didn't need to be rude, then started acting fake nice. I had then asked if I could speak to the manager and she began talking under her breath and slammed the window behind her. When she gave us our food, she tossed it to us. Shortly after, the manager came to the window and expressed how sorry she was. And that she has also had many issues with this employee. She gave us the number for the supervisor (John) and said that he would be able to help with the situation. Both my girlfriend and I had tried to call him and left messages, but never received a reply. After this experience, I am very disappointed in the customer service that this taco bell has. We visit this location atleast twice a week and have only had 1 other bad experience, which involved the same older lady. I ordered a meal and halfway through eating, I found what was very clearly a pubic hair in my food. It was not a normal hair ā it was short, coarse, and completely unacceptable.
This is a MAJOR health violation and beyond unsanitary. I was immediately sick to my stomach and lost all appetite. I donāt know how something like this could happen, but it shows a complete lack of cleanliness and food safety.
When I spoke to the general manager about it, she showed no interest in the cleanliness of the restaurant or the quality of the food. Her attitude was careless and dismissive, which made the situation even worse.
I reported it to the staff, and they didnāt take it seriously ā no apology, no accountability, just offered to āmake another one.ā Are you kidding me? After that?
This experience has completely turned me off from ever returning to Taco Bell again. Iām also considering reporting this to the health department because no one should have to go through something this...
