Burger King — Restaurant in Mansfield

Horrible experience even after spending $44 on food. We were in the drive through for over 20 mins with just 1 truck in front of us. We didn't receive one of the sandwiches we ordered so I parked and went inside. This was approximately 1:45pm Saturday November 2nd 2024. I went inside and told the black lady and she said they would make me what I ordered, no problem. I then saw her scooping up French fries with NO gloves on and in her left hand she held the container with her thumb I side it and proceeded to fill it with fries. I said to her she needs to have gloves on while handling the food and she responded....sir, you need to back up on out of her....then I looked at the floor as she was literally walking on food smashed I to the floor. I then said why is it so dirty back there, she didnt respond and then I said I know a restaurant inspector that covers the richland County area and there is no way this would pass inspection...she responded....well we aren't getting Inspected today now are we?! You have my word that I will turn this Information in to the proper authorities and gladly provide them with the photos and videos that I took and am posting on this Google review to show everyone how nasty filthy this...

The new menu boards are like tv screens and thats great BUT it changes. So I'm looking for something and it changes ok start reading again and again it switches. So I say "Do you still have the whopper Jr combo" the response "we have 2 $5 or 3 for $7. I'm sorry I was asking if you have a combo with the whopper JR. the response what do you want. I would like a whopper jr combo. She says with what. Um Fries and a drink. So you want to get a sandwich, fries and a soda. I'm asking if you have a combo. what size? I said small is fine. Ok medium? No mam just a small. Small what? Small fries and a diet coke OK what size coke. Sm ok med..... Then she says the total and Im thinking wow last time it was like $5 must have been a special. I leave I look at my receipt and Nope I was charge for each thing separately. MEDIUM fries MEDIUM Soda and a whopper JR. I know They must have had a special before but I assume they still have a combo meal and this person just wanted to be difficult or didn't know the job. The food was good. The fries are...

The service was awful! Extremely rude staff, we actually left and went elsewhere to eat as the staff was incredibly rude. Two customers in front of us ordered and the woman taking their order was very rude and was rushing them. The older gentleman In front of us had a coupon on his phone which he had set for the wrong location, instead of helping him she got an attitude told him it was set for the wrong location and walked away. When another staff member came to help him he had told him he had the wrong coupon, the gentleman fixed it and showed the employee the coupon. He had put his phone away then the employee rudely with an eye roll said I need to see the coupon. Instead of helping the gentlemen they were rude and unhelpful. They acted like their customers were an inconvenience. The store was not even busy. I would put the names of the employees however the name tags had their...
