I was in town for half a day while my daughter was taking a test. I needed a place to work on my laptop for about three hours. I used one of their study rooms. It had an electric outlet which was very helpful. Since I did not have a library card, I just had to leave my license at the desk near the study rooms. Staff was super nice and helpful. Beautiful landscaping outside of the building. The inside is older but we’ll maintained. The only recommendations I have is to have privacy between study rooms (e.g., a blind that can be pulled down) and to make the a little more soundproof.

I have gone to this library since I was a little girl and now I can take my son there also. The kids area is great (lots of amazing books for all different levels and fun toys/spaces for kids to play), I have always loved the media area, and there are plenty of books in the adult/teens section for all different kinds of interests. They have also done an amazing job with offering different programs for ALL ages.

Amazing. I went in determined to find my own book. That lasted all of 5 min. I went to the front desk and inquired about a certain book. The young lady confirmed it was there and literally went and got for me. Then, she took the time to share all kinds of wonderful reading programs they have.

The younger liberian on the second floor was very rude and pushy.

I was having a hard time centering a document on the printer. I finally got it and was downloading it to the system when she came over and turned the printer off on me.

She was making a point to me and turned off all the lights on the 2nd level of the library so that me and all her coworkers had to walk to the stairs in the dark which was very unprofessional and dangerous.

It wasn't even 5:00pm it was 4:58pm when she turned the printer off on me. I understand it was cutting it very close, but I didn't get off work until 4 pm, and I was at the printing station at 4:37 pm. It's the closest library that stays open until 5 pm.

I really needed those documents and now I have to make an additional trip to the library in bad weather because she wouldn't give me until 5:00 pm, which is when the library actually closes.

This is only my third time at this library, and it has always been very close to closing time when I'm printing due to my work schedule, but everyone else has always been very helpful and friendly. I have never been rushed, and no one else has ever turned a machine off on me.

I understand that she wanted to leave but there were others there that wasn't even ready to go when she turned the lights off on all of us and all they had to do was hit the power button as they walked out (which is what she did as I was in the middle of printing).

I had 2 documents left, and it may have taken an additional 2 minutes for me to print them off. The whole situation made me feel very unwelcome and...

Wife turned in some DVD's at around 7am Friday morning. When she came back thru town at 2:15pm the same day. She went up to check out some more DVDs. The lady asked her if she turned in all the previous ones. Wife said yes at 7am. The lady called down and the other person said it was going to be another hour before they could get to the dvd drop box.where my wife put them. Now this has happened before and they always override it no problem. The girl up in the dvd section refused to override them. Why the big change all the sudden. She didn't want to hang around for another hour. Sounds like someone should be in charge of that drop box more then one...
