I don't know why I continue to eat at Fuzzy's or continue to order from this location. I placed an order directly on their website to be delivered because I'm recovering from an accident and couldn't drive. The dasher assigned to deliver it never showed up although he marked the order as being complete and delivered.
When I called Fuzzy's, that same night, they said they couldn't refund the order b/c it was delivered by DoorDash (DD) even though it was placed on the website. I called DD and was told that Fuzzy's had to release the refund, which they never did.
For the sake of an even longer review, after the calls to both Fuzzy's and DoorDash EACH, I keep getting the run around on an order that was close to $30. I feel that better care and customer service should be given on both ends.
Now two weeks later, I was just told by the manager at the Fuzzy's that they can't issue a refund. I told him I wasn't even offered a gift card or a refund on my order... that's just good customer service. His reply was that he "knows what customer service is." I beg to differ. But at this point, I don't even want that.
Good customer service is ensuring that you do all you can, within your abilities, to ensure that your customers are well taken care of. If I had to sit in the phone with my customer while they called DD to ensure that the refund is processed I would have done so that very night.
I don't even know why I keep ordering from Fuzzy's because everyone I do (whether in person or online) my order either gets messed up, missing something, or the food is dry, over cooked, or just not worth the high price that they charge. Not at all how I remember them being when years ago. Fuzzy's is falling off. Not the same quality for the price.
I've had better customer service with bad experiences at other Fuzzy's locations, just not at this one. I can confidently say that I won't be eating at Fuzzy's anymore. I'm sure they won't be hurting from the loss of just...
   Read moreI just had the worst experience at this establishment. I frequent there often, but after tonight I probably will never order from here again. I had an online order which I went to go and pick up. The hostess or whatever she calls herself, first tried to give me money as if I was another customer, I guess she just thinks all black people look alike, but then after I tell her my name and that I'm there to pick up an order, she then turns around and helps 3 other people. After standing there for about 5 mins, she turns back to me and asks for my name a 2nd time, and then a 3rd time. By then she finally decides to grab the bag that was sitting on the table the ENTIRE time and gives it to me. Annoyed and frustrated, I get home hoping to enjoy my food only to realize that the order was completely wrong and the bag was soaked and ripped from the tacos that weren't wrapped up fully. Needless to say it was a mess and not enjoyable at all. I call to make a complaint and speak with the same lady who gave me my order for her to tell me that, "There's nothing she can do" as she requested me to drive all the way back to the store to show her what SHE did. She then proceeds to tell me that the the way that I was speaking was a problem, instead of taking accountability for her mistake. The audacity and the nerve of the staff! Went in to place a to go order and immediately noticed another customer feeding her accessory dog (this was not a service dog) at a tableâŚ..literally, the dog was sitting in the owners lap and eating food directly from the table top. The real issue was when I noticed the female worker that was assigned to handling customer orders when they came out of the kitchen go to the table, feed the dog from her bare hand, and then immediately go back to handling customer food orders with out so much as going to wash her hands. Multiple health code violations in the span of 10 seconds. Iâm still a Fuzzyâs fan but I canât support this location if management is ok with this type of unsanitary behavior. If management is reading this, go back and check your camera footage from the timestamp above and youâll see for yourself.
*7/12/25: Respectfully I acknowledge your auto response (only calling it that because it appears to be a standard response that is posted for the majority of the negative reviews). No need for additional feedback outside of advising your staff (specifically those handling food) to not feed dogs from their bare hands and immediately go back to handling customer food orders.
