Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mansfield

So, I visit this particular store and my daughter and I both order the nacho fries box. We ring up, pay and then someone screams from the back..."we ain't doin no mo nacho fries, the fryer done broke down!" So, I've paid for our meals and I have to figure out something else to eat! We reorder and they don't offer to comp the difference and I have to pay the extra balance! Meanwhile there's people behind me giving me dirty looks like it's my fault that I have to order twice. I apologise to them but they are still annoyed. While I'm waiting for my food the employees are running around the kitchen yelling and goofing off very loudly. Just being incredibly appropriate for a workplace. It seemed like the manager was in on all of it. My 15 year old daughter and I sit down and she quietly says "this place is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! It's so dirty in here and the people working here are so loud and obniouxs. As we are eating, all of the sudden 4 of the people working in the kitchen start screaming, yelling, bolt for the door and run outside! We're thinking there's a fire or something! We jump up to see what's going on because we're worried and we realize these idiots are all running outside to take a smoke break! Right outside the door!!! They walk back in and don't even wash their hands and go straight back to fixing food! OMG! I will never visit this place again. These...

Horrible.woest service I've ever recieved from. Taco bell.i usually wouldn't write a bad review but every time I come here it's either bad service from rude employees n cold food or not the right order! Tonight I ordered 4 soft ta os n nachos and cheese. All the lights on the building are off at midnight. When I recieved 3 of the 4 I called and Cory who answered the phone acted as if I was an inconvenience. Before I noticed a taco was missing because of the insane amount of sauce for 4 tacos I was gonna call about the amount of grease and lack of lettuce. The ta os where flat as can be and the grease outweighed the toppings. I get mistakes happen n I wasnt even upset about that. It was the attitude I got from calling.i was informed that the meat congress that way and it was normal for it to run down for hand when you bite into it. I asked fur a recipt the first time and didn't recieve one so I asked for one when i went back and was told I couldn't get one. This kind of situation Hackensack every sine time and I'm upset with myself for not calling and complaints sooner maybe I wouldn't of encountered it again tonight. always have a problem at this location. always have a messed up order whether i order online or drive thru. i asked for no lettuce on my tacos BOTH had lettuce! and i also got the fiesta potatoes and they couldn’t even give me a fork. i love taco bell but this location is always messing up. i hope they get better training someday and better managers. i guess i’ll keep wasting money on food i can’t stand to eat since they constantly mess up the order every single time i go thru! learn how to do your simple job, good thing these employees don’t work at factories or we’d have even more messed up products in this economy! i wish i could get a full refund on this food, but of course they NEVER answer the phone, and they have time they take 10 minutes to make a soft taco! i’m contacting corporate this was the last straw, my last visit a week ago they told me they did not receive my $25 mobile order meanwhile they had given it out to another customer! time before that they did not give me a pepsi zero they gave me a regular pepsi (i’m a type one diabetic). i get making a mistake every once and awhile but it’s every...
