The girl at the window was not quite ready for the Drive-thru window and taking orders(this location has a Drive-thru. However I know sometimes you have to get thrown to the wolves and learn from your mistakes, but I feel that this is where everything went wrong. Also when I was telling her my order I could tell she was getting frustrated when she didn't know how to enter into their system what i ordered, she sounded like she had a bit of an attitude when she asked me to hold on while she got help. We finally got through that and they repeated my order and it sounded correct, but maybe I misheard, because my order in fact was far from correct when I received it. Left off several items. Including (1) chocolate shake, (1) large mozzarella sticks, (1) large sweet tea, (1) regular fry. Now if I hadn't had the notion to check and got home and was missing all of these items I would of been very upset. Not to mention that my french fries tasted literally a day old(not hot,had that stale texture), the 2nd chocolate shake that they had to make for us that they forgot from the original order was made very under par. The 1st one could of been put on a franchisee poster, the 2nd didn't have but what looked like a penny size miniature dollop of the whipped cream. I had to ask for condiments and was not asked if I needed any. Overall I would rate this Sonic location a 2 out of 10. And I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience from Sonic except for today and I'm 35 yrs old. I would not recommend this location to a friend and will not be going back to this location even though my sister lives right down the street and me in Arlington. I'll stop on the way from Arlington at a further away location. Heck, I'd sadly say that I'm sure my food would still be at a warmer temperature than if I were to go back at that location and bring it back to my sister's. I'm sorry that this happened. Because I pride on giving props when someone is outstanding and goes above and beyond. I think that they deserve recognition. This is actually only my 2nd bad review to leave...
Read moreVery unintelligent teenager and young 20s ( maybe) at this location. Need an adult Manager to come in on all shifts and train. Ordered the other night and ordered my kiddo a kids meal hot dog, Plain, tots and a small slush. wait 20 minutes and see 2 cars that came after me leave so we pressed the button to ask an eta and they said waiting on tots and it would be just a little longer. waited 12 more minutes then went inside. The older girl ( maybe 20 ) said we needed to wait because they were backed up and they didn't have tater tots still. I asked for a refund and the half of my order ( the hot dog and slushy) that was on the counter she grabbed aggressively and threw in the trash. When i asked her why she would throw it away instead of offering it for free to make up for the slow service and poor communication she had nothing to say and said she didn't really care because after tomorrow she was quitting. Gave the drink back and decided to get a Hi-c fruit punch instead only come to find out this drink was way worse than the cherry limeade I sent back!! Literally nothing but red water sitting in ice; not Hi-C fruit punch! The girl at the drive thru had an attitude and took offense to me not liking the way my drink was made. Coney chili dog was DISGUSTING! The weiner was this weird brown color on the outside and very pink on the inside and had a weird taste to it! Tator tots had no salt on them.
