Today I ordered a pizza at 4:00 and it gave me the option to pick a time that I wanted it delivered I chose 5:30. About 8 months ago I changed my phone number and got the phone number that I have now, and for the last few months every time I order for Marco's Pizza I have to use a different phone number because they can't change my phone number because it's under somebody else's account. So today after placing my order I called in and I asked them to please change my phone number to my account to the number I have now. They said that they did that and I was expecting my pizza at 5:30 it is now 6:30 and I still have not received my pizza however I did receive a message from somebody else that texted my phone number saying that they got my pizza so not only did Marco's Pizza change my phone number on my account but they also changed the address on my account and delivered my pizza to somebody else those people called in and asked why they got pizza delivered and I still have not received a call from Marco's Pizza telling me that I will not be getting my pizza because they've already delivered it to somebody else. So now we have been totally thrown off for dinner and had to go elsewhere for something to eat these people are not reliable they don't know what they're doing and even though they're pizza is amazing if you are going to order from them I suggest that you do not ask...

We asked for square cut and got normal cut, the subs we ordered were cold and the driver called to confirm the apartment number and was rude as all get out. The address they had was correct. The salad was warm and looked thrown together. The only enjoyable items were the sodas.
I am quite disappointed with them. Steve and his family had always had the best Marcos in town. I am not sure what's going on. Today I called to see about the credit I was given for the mess up. The manager answered the phone and made it seem I had disturbed her day to find out what kind of credit we were issued. She stared $18 for a $34 order. Because it was a credit I went ahead and ordered a soda and sub. She quoted 30 mins and just hung up.
I am shocked at how this place has gone way down hill. After this order, my husband and I are going back to Besta Fasta from now on!!! Sorry Steve, your management staff is...

Before leaving I noticed was not done on inside & burnt on outside. I went back into store to let "ponytail boy" know my order was not done. He was making other pizzas & I observed NO gloves on, no hand washing. He was handling ingredients with bare hands, as with an older man that was making an order for delivery. "Ponytail boy" finally remade my order, NO GLOVES OR HAND WASHING... Due to the fact I ordered it, I paid & left. Due to the fact the order was made unsanitary with bare hands, I stopped at first trash container & disposed. I couldn't eat this food under those conditions. Someone needs to educate these employees on proper hand washing and handling of food! etc. I will never go into this location...
