NY Pizza — Restaurant in Mansfield

Called for delivery & the employee who answered was incredibly sweet & had a very nice disposition. We were given an estimated delivery time of 45 mins, which is about the average time in our area. Less then 25 mins I received a call from the delivery driver telling letting me know he’d be at our house in 10 mins. The delivery driver was just as sweet & had a wonderful attitude & great smile. The pizza was hot & fresh. Unfortunately, due to current stomach issues I’ve been having, I wasn’t able to have a piece (😔). My 4 yr old & my very picky eater Boyfriend both said it was one of the best pizza’s they’ve eaten from any local pizza place. What a disappointing experience! It was our first time ordering takeout and we will not order from here again. When we arrived, the line was out the door and it took the workers a long while to wait on customers. The cashier asked me what I ordered 3 times, and when she finally handed me the order, it was wrong. She gave me the chicken tenders dinner instead of the cheeseburger dinner. She assured me it was correct before I left. I went back, had to wait in line again, and when I made the cashier aware of the error, she didn’t even apologize. She told me it would be awhile so they could remake it or I could get a refund. I took the refund. Meanwhile the rest of my order was getting cold in the car.
