Food - To an American the food looks unique. But when you eat it, it's absolutely delicious. Think of Ramen, but perfected. There's also various other options such as brazen chicken and other foods which are all delicious. They offer menus which are both in Mandarin and English. The female staff is fluent in English and can clarify any questions you may have, and even make special orders and alterations.

If you're a Mandarin-speaking Chinese, then this place is simply the closest thing you'll get to authentic street food. Every time I enter the restaurant, the place is packed with Asian college students looking to eat something delicious and relaxing to help ease post-study stress. When you order, the general wait time is around five minutes, which considering how many people are generally there is not bad at all.

Atmosphere - The inside is minimalist, and pretty standard for a Mansfield cafe. There's seats, tables, a bathroom, and a counter to order your food. The size is relatively small and cozy, but there's plenty of seating for everyone. It's simple, but the main attraction is simply the delicious food. Since the restaurant is neighboring a street corner, there are large wide open windows which makes the place seem larger and warmer.

Customer Service - The ladies who order your food are kind, patient, and speak fluent English. They are pretty knowledgeable about the food, and know how to compare it to other foods Americans might be more familiar with. If you request a receipt, they'll give one to you and you can use that to ensure you're getting the correct order.

I order on Grubhub for my son and I and was very disappointed. My son took one bit of his chicken wings, instantly spit the bite of chicken out. The wings were discolored and smelled like burnt oil. I call to inform them of this chicken wings among the other things that were order that did not taste right and was told that someone would call me back within 5 minutes. I waited for roughly 45 minutes, I did not receive a call back, so I decided to call them back. After three attempts no one picked up the phone. On the last attempt calling them, the phone continously rang. I had the feeling that I was possibly being ignored, so I called from a different number while waiting on my main line and someone nicely answered the phone ready to assist me from the different number. I figure ok maybe it is just me and they were busy could be the reason for not answering when I called with my original number. So I called again seconds right after hanging up from the calling from a different number, still no answer. Called from the different number again and someone answered. I explained my situation with my food again and was informed to call Grubhub, because I need to deal with them. She also stated she called customer service from Grubhub and did not know what to tell them. Then she stated that she attempted to call me back which was false. I called Grubhub and got my issue resolved, now 10 minutes afterwards she attempted to call several times. I will NEVER support this establishment again. Went there with husband and 3 daughter’s to experience the boba teas, we all picked different flavors and were very excited. My daughter’s ages 12, 7 and 5 even made a TikTok. No where in the doors or inside that business was a sign up saying No in dining. We had a 15 to 20 minute wait so we set down in one of the tables there were people as well sitting in a couple of tables as well. When the lady that works there told us to leave because there was no in dining. It was very disrespectful and ruined our fun experience we were having as family but other people were sitting too and were not told anything at all and they spoke same language they were from same country I believe.
