This is only a review for there milkshakes. service is always great. But Dude 8 bucks for a shake with whip cream and mini couple cookies on top lol. And the shake is EXTREMELY small. no joke. probably the smallest shake i lve ever had. trust me you want NOTHING to do with these shakes. I kid you not i finished the shake in less than 2 minutes and under 10 sips. I feel violated that shake was so small 😂. my 1 year old daughter could finish 2 of those no problem. Like I'm literally going to uconn dairy bar because I felt like I just got a sample cup of a shake. that was maybe 1 scoop of ice cream and 1 scoop peanut butter and 8 dollars!!!! like holy crap. I feel like i got scammed lol. It wasn't even thick at all, almost just like slightly thicker then chocolate milk. I honestly want my money back but what can I do lol. They already made my sample cup. I'm so disappointed I kind of want to call my credit card company to void the transaction lol. Like this place just bent me over and didn't ask if I was OK with it. I am not messing around. Do you want to waste your money and not have even a good shake let alone more then a sample cup size then yes go here for your shake lol. I can't be the only one that feels this way... there's no way. usually shakes are tough to finish. If I wanted to waste more money I'd go grab a few more. so maybe 32 bucks in milkshakes would fill me up here lmao. I could probably buy a blender and good ice cream and make a shake better then this place for the same price as it would take to feel satisfied here (4 shakes). lost a lot of respect for this place for sure. would always go here for burgers and fries on the regular and thought, eh why not have a shake. HUGE mistake. I should of just took 8 bucks and flushed it down a near by toliet. I'd probably be happier. welp thanks for ruining my experience with you guys haha. and I never leave bad reviews but this was the biggest scam I've feel into. Going to take me a very long time before I could go back here. and I will def tell people never to get a shake here, ever... And will be making posts on social media because this is a disgrace to a milk shake lover. There is zero pitty here That was straight up...

“Mehhh,” is about all I can muster here. New concept I have never tried before and who doesn’t love a Burger, Dog and Fry concept? Menu looked really good with lots of various flavor options for fries and sandwiches. The execution however, was pitiful.

Dirty tables, dirty serving counters, dirty drink station already told me they were understaffed. Woman taking orders was overwhelmed and it was not even busy. They really have trouble coordinating what the sandwich line is putting out and the fry line is putting out. Ticketing system must be archaic.

One staffer trying to take charge, but the other seemed just stuck in a haze. One person mopped the entire hour I was there.

My burger was flavorless and charred, toppings were from a bag and the bun was about as basic as you can get. The burger was completely forgettable.

Now the fries, are what should stand out, as it seems to be the focal point of their concept. I went with the Beef Chili option and from first look, something I could get down with. Upon further inspection , fries were flavorless and dry, toppings seems bountiful, but after looking under the first layer, basically nothing. Which left flavorless, cold and dry potato. Unless you are a poor Irishman, not good. But paying 23.00 for the above mentioned was not something I...

Unfortunately not a great experience. We ordered 4 sandwiches through their website. One of them we received correctly. Two we asked for cheese but there was no cheese. This wouldn't really have been a big deal, but we paid extra for it. One sandwich had pickles when we asked for not. One sandwich was missing completely. We understand how crazy food service can be, but we cannot get a hold of anyone to help us. They don't have voicemail set up and we've called several times over the last 5 hours. The phone just rings and no one picks up. We'll try again tomorrow to get a refund. Depending on their response, I'll adjust my review as the food wasn't too bad - just wish we got what we paid for!

UPDATE: I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone that night, but the following morning, I called again and was able to get a hold of someone who helped. They refunded the entire meal. I appreciated that person's help - they were very kind...
