I can’t express enough how fantastic this Tattoo parlor is! I have never felt more safe and welcome anywhere! Every member of the staff is extremely talented as well as super personable and friendly! I’ve been a two time customer there for piercings my first time and a tattoo my second time! Walk-ins are welcome but your best bet is to schedule and appointment because they are a popular shop and more times than not they will be servicing other customers, but for good reason! Everyone loves them! The piercer Fame, who is also a tattoo artist was on Ink Masters, he is super chill and just overall a good dude, he was really awesome to talk to and walked me through the whole process and explained what he was doing so I felt very comfortable having him pierce me! The tattoo I received was by the lovely artist Angela, I fell in love with her art style and I knew that she would be the one to do my next tattoo! She did a fantastic job and during the whole process of it all the other artists were super friendly, offering me water and asking me about my life! I was able to ask questions right back and talk with all of them as the process of being tattooed was occurring. It was amazing to see the team dynamic between all of them because even though they are all individual artists you can tell they are a family by the way they get along. And the fact that they make you feel apart of that family while your theirs is so unique and special. I am 1000% going back there for more piercings and tattoos and if you’re looking for a place for your first tattoo, or even your 13th, 14th etc. this is the place to do it. This is by far the best tattoo shop and experience one could ever hope for. I just got my half sleeve started with Camacho, and his work is something to behold. We finished a huge arm piece in one day (shoulder to elbow-outer). The line work, shading, design, black and white color, and execution are absolutely flawless. Words fail when trying to explain how masterful Camacho is at tattooing. Aside from the exceptional work, the shop is such a great vibe: good people, music, and energy. The atmosphere is incredible, and everyone here makes the whole process super enjoyable. The shop is also super neat and clean. I would highly recommend Eminence Ink to anyone who wants to get amazing art on their bodies. The prices are also SUPER reasonable for the quality of work you're getting. If you're going to have permanent artwork for life, you need to see someone like Camacho. He worked with me throughout the entire process and was super pleasant to work with. He asked if I was ok throughout the session and constantly checked on everything. I sent him my references a month out from my appointment, and he made sure to incorporate everything I wanted. I recently got my first tattoo at Eminence Ink Storrs and my experience was nothing short of incredible. When I walked in, I was greeted promptly and helped through the process by one of the staff members. The environment was fantastic, and each and every one of the staff was friendly to everyone in the shop at all times. The most amazing of them all however, was my tattoo artist, Angela Rose. She was extremely easy to work with before, during, and after my tattoo. She had my design ready, and was able to tweak it to make it even better than I had ever imagined. To calm my nerves, she talked me through the whole process and was incredibly accommodating to those I brought with me for support. It is clear she has a genuine passion for the art and her clients. She was so much fun to talk to during the tattoo as well, and is easily one of the reasons I enjoyed the experience so much. On top of all of this, she thoroughly explained the aftercare and answered all of my questions, and even made sure I had her personal phone number if I had any more questions or problems.
