Extremely Disappointed – A Taroless Taro Fresh Milk Tea

I had the most frustrating experience at this tea shop today, and I can't help but share my utter disappointment. I ordered their taro fresh milk tea, a drink I've enjoyed here before, but this time was a complete letdown.

To put it bluntly, it felt like I was sipping on plain milk with a hint of something that barely resembled taro. The taro was so lacking that it made me question whether it was forgotten or intentionally skimped on. When I went back to ask the cashier about the missing taro, they shockingly pointed to the tiny, almost invisible white residue clinging to the cup's inner wall and claimed that was taro. To say that I was taken aback would be an understatement; I couldn't see it, taste it, or even fathom that this was the same taro fresh milk tea I had enjoyed previously.

Comparing this experience to my past visits, it's evident that the quantity and quality of taro used have significantly diminished. I regularly indulge in taro fresh milk tea from various places, and it's disheartening that this particular store has chosen to compromise on what used to be a delightful drink.

I wanted to enjoy a rich, creamy, and taro-infused beverage, but what I received was a far cry from it. I sincerely hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and addresses this issue because it's unacceptable to serve such subpar drinks.

Closed on Wednesdays, apparently. I go here often, probably 2 times per week with coworkers, and use the snack pass app to order ahead. Today, Wednesday, I ordered 2 drinks ahead, payment processed, and show up to find a closed store. Not only that, but Snackpass won't refund. They say call the store. The store is CLOSED. I don't know where the glitch is but this is unacceptable. Someone dropped the ball somewhere, and the app should state that they're closed and not allow the order...

I was skeptical of this palace at first because I never know what to get/what I'm getting when I try somewhere new. Their tablet ordering in the store was easy to use but has lots of options which is a bit overwhelming but ensures the drink you want. They have LOTS of options and it is very clean u side with nice wall art. It's a little expensive (I know ingredients are expensive), but it was very good and flavorful! Nice...
