Wendy's — Restaurant in Mansfield

Horrible experience. Didn't make the food correctly the burger was in pieces, fries came cold and the place was busy. when the girl was told her reply was "well I didn't make it" the sandwich maker then says "who the F cares" . Will never be back. We came in today waited 15 minutes for food. Location needs to be closed if the employees don't want to work and don't want to speak to the customers politely.. the customer is the one that helps pay the employees bill.. this location should go all AI and robots. That's how horrible the employees are. The manager is just as useless as they aren't even visible. The manager needs replaced along with all of the employees.

Female bathroom toilet was leaking and toilet water all on the floor, The bathroom had no paper towels to dry your hands after walking in the toilet water was disgusting. Bathroom should have said out of service. When employees were told the response was what do you want me to do about it!!!

The tables to sit at weren't clean and the soda machines in both the back and out front didn't have carbonated drinks weren't told that until asked them to fill the drink in the back bc the soda options out front were all uncarbonated and flat. Payment was made and takin and not told couldn't choose drink option wanted till food arrived and payment had already been takin 15 minutes prior!!!

Horrible experience from start to finish. When you hire low lives you get this outcome from employees to your paying customers.. so the hiring manager should be held...

Straight out tried to rob me. Handed the girl a $20 for $5.37 order total she hands me back $14 even. I asked where my coins and told me she didnt have any to give me. I promptly returned my food for my $20. To not give someone change on a cash transaction is theft by deceit. Doesn't matter if you claim there is a coin shortage or not, you can not take someone change. Add on the fact that they serve 1000+ customers a day and each order is usually a single meal which all end in .98 or .99 and that $5.99 meal becomes $6.37 with tax for that drink. Now suddenly they get .63 cents per order at lease spread over 1k+ customers that makes $630.00 in tax free, under the table stolen money they just pocketed. Because anyone who ever done a cash drawer count down know that extra just goea back in the drawer or manager desk. There is no line for overage, you can't return it to he rightful people. So not only are they stealing from the customer they are stealing from the government as well... And its funny how it happening to. There are 3 Wendy's, 3 Kroger, and 2 walmart and 2 chipotles. The only ones pushing the change shortage tjing and keeping your change are the liberal/progressive ran stores. Because if 1 Kroger wasn't gkving change, wouldn't all 3? If 1 Wendy's wasn't giving change, wouldn't the other 2 be the same? Same with Wal-Mart 1 is card only, liberal area of town, and the redneck one is cash and card and giving change. Wake up people, they are just out to rob you,...

I wouldn't even give this place one star it should be a -10 Stars. We were in there waiting to be waited on for over 10 minutes. There were two different customers ahead of us that had been there for over 20 minutes and one had part of his food not all of it. The lady I've been in the line outside in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes came in and took over 10 minutes to get her food. The workers were complaining about having to work but they were not working one was playing with the melted cheese with a scoop just pouring it and pouring it picking up the scoop and pouring it back in picking up the scoop and pouring it back in. The worker at the register was complaining I believe she was the manager I will never I repeat never go back to that store. Sitting in the dining room was a bottle of cleaner on one of the tables now if one of my grandchildren had got a hold of that cleaner they could have damaged their eyes or even ingested it and Lord only knows what could happen. needless to say my son and my two grandchildren and I walked out of the restaurant before they took our order and went...
