I love WingStop. It is the best wing restaurant in my opinion. No other wing restaurant compares. As for WingStop locations themselves, this location here in Manvel, WingStop store location #2058, is by far the BEST location. I have eaten at numerous locations and this location tops all others. I ate lunch at their location today for lunch around 1230pm. The staff is awesome. Every employee is super friendly. The nice young lady that took my order was great. She was extremely friendly and spoke to me like we had known each other forever. The cooks pretty much did the same thing. I had even made things a little complicated with my order and they obliged. They were great about it. For example, yes I ate in-store but I wanted my wings already placed in a TO-GO container. In addition, asked if they would please divide them evenly. That way I could already have them in TO-GO containers and just close up the box and leave without having to put them in containers if I didn’t finish them all in one setting. A few other small details I asked from them and they were so awesome and friendly. This was my first time to ask a location to do such things because the other staff members at the many other locations I have eaten at are no where near friendly. The staff at this location are extremely friendly. The cooks kept checking on how my wings were when they first gave them to me as well as if I needed anything as I ate them. No other location asks quality of the wings, despite if they were friendly. They should still ask for customer satisfaction of their food. This location treats you like a long time friend. That alone makes WingStop location #2058, Number 1 in my opinion. The staff did give me their names and we spoke on a name basis. Out of respect, I will not put their names in this review in case they didn’t want their names on it due to I forgot to ask if it would be ok to do so. Overall, the staff is awesome!!! They are friendly and courteous. Not only to customers, but to themselves. I have been to other locations and the staff will be either cussing at each other, yelling across the restaurant just talking but using inappropriate language, etc. NOT this location by any means. It made eating in-store very enjoyable. As for the wings, as I said, I prefer WingStop over all others. It is the only place I will go for wings. The wings are PERFECT at this location! They weren’t over or under cooked. They were perfectly coated in the sauce, such as not too much or not too little of the mild sauce. The restaurant is immaculate, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen is clean. The floor in the kitchen is clean. The whole restaurant is clean which that is a huge deterrent. I will not eat at a restaurant if it is filthy, especially if the kitchen area is disgusting. I will not eat there nor will I give a restaurant a 2nd chance. This location is spotless. The restrooms are even monitored and clean. I know I am going on and on about this location. However, WingStop Store #2058 Manvel Location, earned me bragging about them. It all started with the staff greeting me in a huge friendly manner, soon as I walked in the door. Unlike some restaurants to where you walk in the door and the employees continue carrying on their personal conversation and don’t stop to acknowledge the customers. I will turn around and leave a restaurant if that happens. I am speaking of any restaurant that it happens. In my opinion though, as I ate my food, I continuously observed how all guests were treated as well as the whole care of the staff in the restaurant operation. I will definitely return to this location. I would like to thank the staff for a very pleasant, peaceful, and enjoyable dining experience. They did a great job. WingStop should be extremely proud of the staff at this location. I hope everyone enjoys the food and friendliness of this location.

Read moreMy friends and I (4 people) came here after school club (around 4:30pm) and as soon as we walked in we were immediately asked to leave if we were not paying. I understand that it is common for high schoolers to come in and sit around but it was 4:30, there was no one else in the restaurant and I clearly had my wallet in my hands. The managers bombarded me (almost accusingly) with questions on who is paying, I repeat myself multiple times that I am paying and we’re all eating. It felt very hostile and rude. I order for my friends and I anyway and we sit down and wait for our food. A couple minutes later the same manager asks us who ordered and I say I did, and he tells us that whoever did not order something needs to leave (because we only ordered 3 things and there were 4 of us). I tell him, again, that two of us are sharing and he tells us he doesn’t care and that whoever didn’t order needs to leave. I repeat myself again that they are sharing to which he sighs and rolls his eyes. I ask him (politely) if they’re a problem and he says, “Yeah, there is a problem. It’s you little high schoolers that come in here.” He mentions how he’s argued with other teenagers multiple times and I understand that some of the other teenagers are rude but my friends and I were polite and respectful so I was confused as to why he was basically attacking us for no reason. He rants some more about teenagers and I honestly felt so uncomfortable on why this grown man was yelling at me, a teenager, for something I did not even do. We eventually get our food and leave because we no longer felt comfortable enough to eat there. I hope that manager learns that just because there are a few that are rowdy and disrespectful, does not mean that everyone else is and it’s rude to be so accusatory and raise his voice for no reason. I will definitely not be coming back here again and I do not recommend other teenagers to eat here either, since they clearly don’t want us there (even though we’re their...
Read moreMe and my friends and my brother (four people total) went to this location today after club activities. Me and my brother didn’t have money so my friend was going to buy us a meal to share. Before we even completely entered the establishment, the manager (sort of accusingly) asks if we are all going to pay. We say yes, walk in, sit down, and one of my friends goes to get everyones food; explaining that two of us are sharing a meal. Later on, the manager gets the receipt and goes, “Out of you four, which of you is not a paying customer?” I say “we are sharing” (and signaled to me and my brother) but he just stared at us. So my friend who paid repeated “those two are sharing.” The manager then rolls his eyes and sighs, to which my friend (assertive but not very rudely) asks “im sorry is there a problem?” He says yes. He goes on a rant about how “you teenagers always come in and hang out and eat fries,” paraphrased because I don’t remember every word. He is basically yelling and very rude, making my friend tear up. She went to the bathroom to cry and while she was in the bathroom I told the others to pack their things. As soon as we got our food we left and decided to just walk back to the school and eat outside because of this manager’s attitude. If you are a high schooler, do not go to this wing-stop, they are incredibly rude and suspicious of teens. When teens make up a good percentage if your clientele, I feel you shouldn’t yell and have an attitude with or vendetta against them. Although this was a frequent hang out spot for my friend group, we are deeply regretting giving this location...
