Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Maple Grove

I was disappointed in their customer service when visiting. They messed up my order and even after repeating the order I thought they misnamed my drink, I confirmed what I actually ordered and they still made the wrong drink. Furthermore, there was a significant difference in price between the drinks…they asked me to pull around the drive thru and wait for them to in the parking lot to bring out the re-made drink and give me the price difference. After waiting close to 10 minutes I had to go into the caribou-someone handed me the price difference in change to me and the drink was still missing. I had to leave so I had to go back later in the day for my drink/full refund or forget it and be out the drink and money altogether -no attempt to right the wrong on their end no one even asked for my name until I called them back, really disappointed as a loyal caribou customer. Worst Caribou we’ve ever been to. Ordered 2 “bacon, egg, and cheddars.” and the girl at the window acted like this menu item doesn’t exist. Tried to give us turkey bacon minis. We had to explain to her multiple times what we ordered and she’d tell other employees “they want…. A bagel??? We don’t have that.” What a joke. Instead of speaking to us and providing actual proper customer service any time we said anything she’d look at us like we’re insane and just slowly shut the drive thru window on us. She asked if we wanted the minis or something else and when we said no she didn’t say anything and just shut the window on us. We sat there for so long with zero communication, zero apologies, zero consideration. Disappointed greatly with the quality of coffee. Two weeks in a row ordered black dark roast coffee and both times the coffee was cold at room temperature. Last week I drove back and complained and suddenly they had hot coffee available. Today again I got cold coffee but didn't have time to go back. Really disappointing to get room temperature coffee served at a coffee shop! Last week it was around 5 PM and today around 1:30 PM so serving times were not an excuse.
