PIZZA KARMA | Food Truck Catering - Maple Grove — Restaurant in Maple Grove

I recently enjoyed a fantastic meal at Indian Pizza Restaurant and wanted to highlight some of the things that make this place so special. If you're looking for delicious, customized pizzas with lots of vegetarian choices, this is the spot!

One of my favorite things is their build-your-own pizza option. You get to choose the crust, sauce, and toppings to create a pizza exactly the way you want. I went with a thin crust pizza with pesto sauce, mushrooms, peppers, and plant-based sausage. The flavors were so fresh and they didn't skimp on the toppings.

The restaurant also has a huge selection of vegetarian and vegan appetizers and pizzas. As a vegetarian, I'm always impressed with the number of options. We tried the veg potato skins, garlic knots, and veggie antipasto platter, and everything was incredible.

The attention to cleanliness and hygiene really stood out. They have an automatic handwashing machine at the entrance so you can clean your hands before dining. All staff wore masks and gloves. Surfaces were sanitized frequently.

I also appreciated their efforts to be eco-friendly. No plastic straws or cutlery, and all takeout containers were compostable. It's great to see a restaurant taking steps to reduce plastic waste.

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile and I must say it did not disappoint. I had the Tikka Pizza with Tikka chicken and a side of Marsala Fries.

The Pizza was great. It all started with the crust, which was light, airy, with just the right crunch. I really loved the crust and would say it rivals some of the best I have had. The Tikka chicken was a delight and flavor of the sauce was distinct but didn't overpower the Pizza. The peppers and onion were cooked perfectly and had a nice crunch to them. Finally the cheese was fresh and stringy when you grabbed a slice just how it should be. I can't wait to try the other pizzas here.

The Marsala fries were very good as well. They were not over fried and the marsala spice stood out but wasn't over powering. I also liked the touch of parmesean cheese on the fries as well. I do not know what sauce was served with the fries but it had a nice balance of creaminess with a splash of heat.

The staff was super friendly and fast. The person who took my order said I would have my food in 15 minutes. The food was served quickly and sh apologized for it being a bit longer than 15 min to cook, which I didn't even notice and don't mind when my food is this delicious.

The restraunt smelled like a mix of Indian Cusine and Pizza, which was different but enjoyable. The sitting area was clean and small.

The pizza here is excellent just make sure to not have them deliver it.

We ordered 4 pizzas at 6:15pm the other night and was told it would be about a half an hour before they would arrive. By 7pm we called given almost twice as long had gone by. We were put on hold as the store was trying to get ahold of the driver. After 20 minutes of no movement (it literally seemed like they put the phone to the side and left it) we hung up and decided to drive in to ask.

After arriving the chef told us "oh they just left" which was found to be the case as a few minutes later the pizzas showed up at the house around 8pm nearly and hour and half after ordering and 3 times longer than what they said.

When asking the pizza delivery driver he told us they dropped a pizza so they had to go back and get another one. This did appear to be the case though as only 1 of the 4 pizzas were even remotely warm.

Overall it was a headache having them deliver. Worse yet it didn't seem they even wanted to try and work with us for their mistakes even after admitting fault. As I stated earlier give this place a shot just make sure to pick it up. Management seems disconnected on how to...
