Very bad customer service. We ordered a Sleep Number from this location six weeks ago. The delivery was scheduled for today and the delivery technicians refused to deliver our bed because it was "unsafe". Our home is a new construction and it was completed in the winter so our driveway is still gravel. However, it's a 30 degree day and the driveway is completely firm so there would have been no problem to walk up the 30 foot driveway to deliver to our home. I'm 4.5 months pregnant and I've had to wait 6 weeks for this bed, now to discover that the Company won't expedite the second attempt at shipping and we have to wait another 2 weeks for them to attempt delivery again. The Company also won't give you a delivery timeframe until 2 days prior, so you can't plan at all. I had to stay home from work and cancel all calls today for the delivery, only to have to do this again. I unfortunately still don't have my bed so I can't even speak to whether the product was worth it, but even if it is an amazing bed, I wouldn't recommend ordering one due to the very poor customer service. Instead of being understanding and offering to squeeze in the shipping in the next day or two due to the poor service by the delivery technician, the customer service representative (Leonard) instead chose to yell at me and tell me this is all my fault and my home's fault. I even mentioned to this individual that one of the delivery technicians was very willing to deliver our bed, he had no issues with the driveway and did not find there to be any unsafe conditions. Unfortunately, the second individual refused to even leave the van and consider delivering so the customer service representative chose to rely on this and yell at me instead. Sleep Number refers to this delivery as a "Premium Delivery Service" but please don't believe this. You will pay way too much for this product to receive the delivery service...

Sleep number was the bed that I’ve been working towards getting for a long time, unfortunately I had a bad delivery experience when they came out and they were unable to deliver my bed. While this was disappointing, I was actively looking to figure out a way to make it work and just left my order in limbo status while I worked on that. However, Dale called me about the order to find out what happened and as I was explaining what they said and stuff he asked some very racist questions about the delivery crew. It was at that moment that I decided I was not going to get the bed that I had been working towards for years because I have 0 tolerance for acting like anyone is less than based on their background.
Today I decided I was going to venture out into the public (yeah it’s scary but someone had to do it) and buy a bed. Not just any bed but a bed that would feel like I was sleeping on a supportive cloud. This adventure led me to the door of the sleep number store (nope not a poet but maybe I should be 🤷🏼♀️). Once in there I met Dale who was very helpful walking me through what options I had and which bells and whistles I wanted for my bed (obviously not literal bells and whistles because that would not help me get a peaceful night of sleep). In the end I ordered a bed that I feel will be the perfect fit for me. Read moreWe purchased a sleep number bed a little over two years ago. Spent nearly $10,000, California king, feet warmers etc. one side of the adjustable frame stopped working. I called the customer service number 10-20 times at different times. I was on hold EVERY time for 25 - 60 minutes. Every time I finally hung up. I called the store and they said they would have the company that services the frame call me. The did after a couple days. I was told they would have to replace the motor, they would call to set up a time. It’s been two weeks and I have not heard from them. My next step is to contact the Minnesota Attorney General’s office. All I want is for our $10,000 bed to work properly.
