Do not bring your 4 yr old and under! This place is a liability waiting to happen! I brought my two kids this weekend. My 13 yr old had fun, aside from some painful scrapes but it was a very different experience for my 3 yr old.
To start with it cost me $70.00 for 120 minutes for my two kids to play. Very expensive!
Have two lines going to the front desk! One for people who pre ordered tickets online and one for people who did not. Since this is a new facility, have your staff ask people if this is their first time when they walk through the door and go to get in line. I didn't know what to do aside from get in line but then there was a QR code at the start of the line? Do I need to scan that for my tickets I bought online? It was confusing.
In the toddler area, there is no one regulating the age or height of the kids running in and out, playing in the area. You had groups of older kids barreling into the area and running onto the equipment with no regard for the littles. Some of the toddlers were really little , like probably just started walking. It got so roudy the entire apparatus would shake. There is a sign on the outside of the area that states you cannot be over 45 inches tall or over 4 years old to play in that area but there is no gate or no height indicator that tells older kids they cannot enter. The staff, there were two that were on duty during the time we were there, were not saying anything to the older/bigger kids until I said something. They were bored and one of them was practically laying down on one of the benches and on their phone!
I asked the one staff, "what she was supposed to be doing?" And she said, "making sure no one gets hurt." And then I said, "well someone's going to get hurt if you keep letting all these older kids in." That's when she perked up and finally kicked out a group of older boys out.
PUT A GATE/DOOR ON THIS AREA, CREATE CLEAR INDICATION OF THE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS (LIKE A BAR THAT KIDS CAN CLEARLY SEE WHETHER THEY ARE TOO TALL) AND HIRE STAFF THAT CARE ABOUT WHETHER YOUR COMPANY GETS SUED BECAUSE RESTRICTIONS ARE NOT BEING ENFORCED! ALSO, MAKE THIS INFORMATION CLEAR ON YOIR WEBSITE WHEN BUYING TICKETS, THAT FOR KIDS 4 AND OLDER, THEIR TICKET DOES NOT INCLUDE THE MINI AREA!
I paid for unencumbered time for my toddler to play in an area just for him due to his age/height. But that's not what we got. He is restricted from playing anywhere else except for the toddler area because he could get hurt. It was hard because he wanted to go down the big slides, which I constantly had to keep telling him he was too little but then there wasn't any regulation being enforced to make sure that he was safe in his designated area. Please do...
Read moreMy kids had a blast! My children never cry to leave fun places but this time they did. They met tons of friends and I connected with families. The pricing was rather high for a family with multiples. I couldn’t find discounts anywhere not even Groupon however I think the cost and location contributed to the space not being over crowded which I appreciated it. I paid $27.99 per child plus 4.99 for socks. My children are requesting to go pack but due to high Cost. This will not be in our weekly or monthly rotation of places to visit. They do have a Monthly membership for $99 per month per child which is also not a great deal for a family with multiples. But overall despite cost we truly enjoyed ourselves. The place was over staffed in my opinion which was great because parents are not allowed on the platforms if we don’t pay for entry and because my children are so small they would go up and get scared so it was helpful to have staff that could assist them with overcoming their fears or coming back down . I also enjoyed the fact that there were other things for my children to do besides slides because my younger children were scared to try the slides. I enjoyed the toddler area as well however again paying $15 plus socks for my young children seemed costly because between watching the other children and babies being babies I don’t believe they were able to enjoy the space like they should. At one point my 1 year old feel asleep. They should consider free entry for children under 2 but again having a space for my younger children to play was very helpful. Although my children 5 and under were able to ride the big slides I think they too should have a lower rate as well. This space is perfect for children 9 and up. There were lots of teens and adults having a blast. Last but not least the staff should consider being more friendly. There was a lot of staff but everyone looked miserable except for the greeter. I also found it interesting that staff lockers are behind the girls bathroom which truly freaked me out because I kept seeing young boys come out what appeared to be the girls bathroom but it was the locker room, so when my 5 year old daughter went to the bathroom ahead of me I was Terrified seeing men come out the same space. This space is Also not blocked off or labeled so a child can easily get lost back there. Side note for the place to be well staffed and not crowded their bathrooms were disgusting 😩. But again overall my kids had a blast! It was new and exciting. Something different for them to do. See our full review on our YouTube...
Read moreWe took our kids here for family fun night & right off the bat it was a poor experience. The people at the front desk had no idea what they were doing and had to ring me up multiple times after I noticed the price of the family fun deal was too low, and then too high, and then finally I had to be a Karen (which I hate doing) and asked if a manager could assist them in ringing us up. If they are a new employee, fine. I get it. But it just didn’t seem like they were even trying to do it correctly. The deal came with a pizza and a pitcher of soda & the employee at the front desk told us to go to the cafe and tell them our name at the cafe and they’d get our pizza ordered. We walked over to the cafe maybe 20 minutes after being there and again, the employee had no idea what they were doing and had to call a manager to help. Again, new employee? Fine, I will be patient and wait, I have no problem doing that. But they rang up a pizza and pitcher of soda and asked me to pay yet again even though the family fun night included it in the price. I had to go back to the front desk to ask what happened and then back to the cafe. Once they figured everything out, brought out the pizza pretty quickly (which was delicious by the way!) then brought me the pitcher of soda with no cups or plates. So I had to go ask for cups and plates. In my opinion, it’s just a part of good customer service to bring everything the customer needs for their meal instead of them having to go ask for basic essentials like plates and cups. My kids also mentioned that several employees who stand at the top of each slide who are supposed to tell the kids when it’s ok or safe to slide down, were completely silent even after being asked (more than once) by my children if it was okay for them to take their turn. Lastly, the bathrooms were FILTHY. Overall, it was a negative experience for us sadly. I completely understand that new employees may not know what to do and are still learning and that is fine but it seemed like most of the employees who were working perhaps just didn’t care enough to do things right the first time or weren’t even trained on what to do and just thrown to the wolves to figure it out. Not really worth the money and I don’t know if we will...
