Usually I don’t write reviews online, but I feel this is an important instance to address. Yesterday, March 13th, two of my friends and I decided to stop at the Maple Grove Jamba Juice location for some smoothies. There were signs posted everywhere signifying that there was only one blender available for use, so we should expect longer wait times. No one in the shop seemed to have any problem with this EXCEPT one of the employees working. I believe her name was Bella. She was extremely rude to customers and her coworkers. She would roll her eyes and loudly sigh when customers would ask questions. She was also yelling at her coworkers about how they were being slow and how they needed to figure out how to work on more than one smoothie at a time. She also loudly spoke about how there was less than an hour until the store closed and they needed to get ahead and start cleaning up. It made the environment very uncomfortable for both her coworkers and the customers in the shop. There were several moments where other customers and I would share uncomfortable glances and gestures about Bella’s words and actions. I understand customer service jobs can be very stressful at times, but I believe in this industry one needs to hold themselves accountable for how they present themselves and the company they represent. The actions displayed by this one employee ruined the experience for me, and I felt terribly for her...
Read moreEdit #2: It should be self serve at this point. There is only one employee that greets customers when they enter the store or the register, the others just stare at you. Waited 8 minutes to even have someone take my order today only to find out they are out of ingredients to make it properly, that being frozen yogurt, so I left without purchasing anything. I've been here multiple times and there's no large cups, no peanut butter, no frozen yogurt etc. Aside from that my drink used to taste the same always, now it is different almost everytime depending on who is working. Really disappointed as this is 20 minutes away. If there was another location closer they would get my business so it looks like I will become a Scooter's Coffee customer, not the same but far superior service and consistency.
Edit: Since original post it has been a 100% turn around. Back to the great friendly service!
Slowest service I've ever had. 15 minutes for a drink when there is no one in line or waiting with 3 people working? They all look like they would rather be dead than working. Food is great as always, disappointed with the...
Read moreThere are several reviews that state this as well, and sadly I have to agree. The staff at this location just all seem to have bad attitudes, clearly seem like they just don't want to be there, are generally not helpful, and almost straight up ignore the customers. I stood at the mobile pickup counter for about 5 minutes after telling one of the guys that I was there to pick up my mobile order. He called one of the other staff and just pointed to the cooler and walked away. I figured he was going to get my order, but never came back. Finally another staff member came over (after ignoring me for 5 minutes) and asked what I needed. I told her I was there for a mobile pickup, and she pulled it out of the cooler. It was literally there the whole time.
I could understand the wait if it was busy, but there was only 1 other customer in the store! She was the one that pointed out that my order was probably...
