Ten Sushi（ Fountains Dr, ） — Restaurant in Maple Grove

This was my second time having a bad experience at this place with the girl that took my orders. The first time, I went by myself. I took maybe one or two minutes to look at the menu, and the girl taking my order already seemed annoyed and had such a mean attitude. It made me feel really uncomfortable — I expected someone more friendly and patient, especially when you’re trying to decide what to order.

I decided to give the place another try about a month later, this time with my boyfriend. I ordered the same item, and she asked me a follow-up question — but again, her tone was aggressive, and her attitude was just as rude. She didn’t even make eye contact or speak politely. It was as if she didn’t want to deal with me at all.

And when the food was ready, she didn’t say a word — she just placed the bag on the counter and completely ignored me, as if I wasn’t even there. No smile, no “here you go,” nothing. Just dismissive and full of attitude.

It’s frustrating to be treated like this when all I wanted was to enjoy a meal. I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior because it really affects the overall experience and I would...

This restaurant has a special place in my heart (1) being I worked there (2) being how kind the owner, wait staff and other employees are. I can't recommend this place enough! The food is to die for (best in minnesota) and the quality is always so fresh. Now that I'm in college out-of-state i have yet to find anything ven comparable. I have never tried anything I didn't like!! The flavors are super creative. I've even been in multiple times and asked the chefs to "surprise me" :)

On top of the food quality, I worked at ten sushi for about two years (until covid). One year later and I'm still greeted with smiles and hugs from the owner (Heather) and staff. They make me feel so loved and appreciated. Even while working there, the restaurant and customers are family!

Truly my favorite restaurant in Maple Grove and I can't recommend working or eating at this place enough!!

I ordered delivery and the meal was substandard. I, inadvertently, ordered from the Fountains location instead of the County Road location.

Instead of shrimp tempura I received grilled shrimp in teriyaki sauce and I was unable to eat it as it was so tough. Sashimi app looked and tasted awful. It was cut into four giant pieces rather than eight. I ordered the spicy scallop and it could have been any fish. Way too spicy and no wasabi or ginger.

Very disappointing. I had been to this location once before.
