As far as this location, staff is nice nd friendly, drinks were good, and yes I know they are made by the formula and all, but trust me… occasionally you do get something that does not even remotely reminds you of what you ordered. That was not the case here.
As far this new “coffee shop revolution “ though…. Man, that gets on my nerves… hunting a good cup of coffee now days is a challenge. Half of the locations are closed permanently and the other half is closing at 2pm… who stops drinking coffee at 2 pm?
Doors are open, but you cannot order inside…. Hello… I’m right here, I can just tell you what I want, but no…. You gotta step outside jump through hoops to place an order… the whole soul of a good coffee shop was always capability of hosting patrons inside. Read the paper, do homework on your laptop, or just cozy up with cup of hot chocolate on a cold winter day…. It’s been taken away from us people! Time to wake up! Problem is… it’s a challenge to get a good cup of coffee...
Read moreI usually receive great customer service at this Starbucks location, but recently things have been very disorganized in the mornings. Last week, no one was at the drive through window, even though the store was clearly open (lights on, arrived a half hour after store opened). After waiting for several minutes, the two cars ahead of me left without placing an order, and I did the same. This morning, I placed a mobile order for pick up, but when I arrived at the store, both the drive through and store were closed. I have no idea why my mobile order would have gone through if the store wasn't open (even though it was 6:30 a.m. and posted store hours indicated they opened at 6:00 a.m.). Several minutes later, an employee came out to open the drive through, but I had to continue waiting for another several minutes until someone arrived at the drive through window. Read moreI want to start by writing, I appreciate the employees who show up to this Starbucks everyday and do a great job…..my problem is this Starbucks is always understaffed. If you are heading to this Starbucks on a weekend afternoon there is a chance they closed early due to staffing issues. When I order coffee ahead at 6:30am many of times there is a note on the door that mobile order ahead orders need to be picked up through the drive through lane because the inside is closed due to staffing issues. When the inside is open, be prepared to wait 15 minutes or so for your mobile order because again they are under staffed. Again, a huge shoutout to those who come to work but a heads up to customers the inside maybe closed (that would be nice to know when placing a mobile order) or if the inside is open your drink may take a while so if you are in a hurry, pick a...
