Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Grove

The only reason that this location has good reviews is because the people of Maple Grove have no idea what good food actually is. All they know is chain restaurant food and they can’t cook so they think everything out here is good when it’s not. Typically I love Papa John’s, but this location was so underwhelming. The Pizza was Dominos quality for double the price. Cheese sticks were dry and thin. Their garlic sauce cups were extremely watery and runny. There was basically no point in even using them. Not to mention they’re located in Maple Grove, but they don’t deliver to MAPLE GROVE… Make it make sense? I live on the other side of maple grove by the arbor lakes area. 4.3 miles away from here and they don’t deliver to me… After eating from here, me and my family had REALLY wished we had just got Little Caesars or Dominos. Placed a order of bread sticks for pick up on my lunch break. Got back to work and tried to eat them. They had darker than normal loom to them and as well as a harder texture about them. If dissatisfied i normally say to myself buyer beware these days. Except it's walking distance from work so I thought what the heck ill get a new order. It's close and I'll eat during my shift. When mentioned this to employees I was told that's how there cooked. No refund could happen not replacing it and cooking it a little less. Pictures due not show them cooked this way on web site. Ordered 8 pizzas and 5 breadsticks to feed the crew on a Saturday. Ordered for 11:00am pickup. Recieved text that it was ready for pickup at 10:24. Pizza was cold by 11:15 for when we were scheduled to eat and the quality of the pizza at this branch was the worst I have ever experienced. Papa John's used to be my goto place for pizza, but I will never order at this branch again. Frozen pizza would have been better.
