TACOS Y CARNITAS LOS GARCIA Food Truck — Restaurant in Maple Grove

Picked our lunch spot based on the reviews; and they earned every star. Husband got tripas tacos and I ordered the Hawaiian Alambre. Tripas were crunchy and had great flavor. The side sauces and pickled radish have that spicy kick that doesn't kill the flavor or your tastebuds; they compliment the food and made us go back for more. The Hawaiian Alambre was perfect for this white girl. The peppers and pineapple brought sweetness and the cheese was melty goodness. There was a bed of corn tortillas but I chose to eat it with a fork. The meat and veggies were a good ratio and flavor popped in every bite....

The food was just amazing. But what even better than the food was the customer service from the lady cashier. I feel like nobody care about customer interaction anymore these days so it was delightful to see a beautiful smile from a beautiful woman who is so polite that make me love the food even before I tasted it. I hope she see this and if you do, I just want to say thank you for the beautiful, kind words that you said to a stranger like me. Wow this are one of the best tacos in crystal,i was upset to drive always to st paul to get some good tacos and now i have tacos los garcia 5 minutes from my house!! Love this tacos, good price because are big tacos ,2 regular size tortilla no joke!! like Dose mini tacos from the other taco trucks!! Super nice people always and awesome food every time!! Stop by and you tell the people the truth and they sale carnitas by pound also, im not sure is just the weekends but wow they are good!! Thanks to keep up...
