Upon arrival myself and my partner were greeted promptly and warmly by servers and security. It gave me a hopeful optimism about the experience. The employees are gracious but I can’t say as much about the owner. He was quite nasty. Inquired about hosting an event there and was met with ardent dismissiveness. And why? Because I’m 34 and not 35 lol weird flex but ok. Ate my food which was pretty good! Paid my bill and then noticed I was charged for 2 shots when I only received one. And instead of taking a customer-friendly approach, he went out of his way to argue with me about it, followed up with “Well what do you want me to do about it?” Nothing, sir. Just be a better business owner for the culture 🤷🏽‍♀️ You should be careful how you treat people, you might miss a blessing 😉

The atmosphere was great good music fun dj. We went at 945 on a Thursday. We were told the kitchen closes at 11. We order at 10 and we get 2 smash burgers with fries with a bourbon on the rocks. Drink comes out at 1015. Order comes at 10:27 w/ with soft unseasoned fries, the burger is burnt and the cheese is barely melted with items missing. Really unfortunate as the reason we came was the reviews and photos. My husband took one bite and said would have rather go to Wendy's.... The bartender asked if he liked the burger, he said no and she walked away saying why? She saw the burger when she served it burnt... We just...

My twin planned our 50th birthday gathering here. Everything about it was above 5 ⭐️ The food was consumed so quickly because it was soooo good!! 😋 Promise whenever I’m in Cleveland I need to stop and eat. The music, the bar ladies/ servers are the absolute BEST. You can enjoy the DJ and still have a conversation with friends or your date!!! Real good grown vibes! We stayed after to watch the game because the Vibe was everything and the tvs were easy to see...
