Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maple Shade Township

Went in for a black cup of coffee this morning. The tall, thin 60 something year old man, wearing a hat and glasses, behind the register asked me initially how I could be so beautiful. I brushed it off. I asked politely for a large black coffee with a couple ice cubes because it would be too hot to drink right away- his immediate response is, "Couldn't be as hot as you." I gave an awkward, "uh..okay?" And left. Never in my life will I be returning there again. I feel for all the female staff and customers that will have to encounter this creep. When I go to purchase a cup of coffee (or anywhere, ever), I shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable. Shame on him.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered one donut and wanted to pay cash since it was only 1.59, and the drive through lady dropped my money!!! So then I pay card, fine. I pull off and look at my donut and it looked like it fell on the floor. I take it back in and show the lady and she puts it back on the shelf AFTER IT WAS IN MY HANDS and tried to give me a new one. That’s super unsanitary and I will be calling the board of heath since she thinks that’s ok. I told her I touched it so why would she put it back on the shelf and she says “ I didn’t”, like I didn’t just watch...

3rd edit: lost another star. Yesterday the employee taking orders was clearly high and couldn’t get orders right delaying several customers. Today, lightly toasted meant burn the bagel black. I’m giving up on this understaffed location and so should you.

2nd edit: lost a star. Understaffed. A drive through location requires 4 people to run. This place tries to get away with only 3 and fails daily. Don’t come between 7:30-8:30 am each day (including weekends) unless you have 22 minutes to wait in the drive through to maybe get what...
