One of the best birria joints I’ve been too. Absolutely delicious! Flavors dancing in my mouth! Gah damn. Their red salsa is fire!so damn good. Their green salsa is mild but flavorful. 10/8/2025 I called and ordered 3 soft taco and a pizza at 11:54am, when I got there I saw only a young guy work solo, so it took him a while to get my order done at 12:35, when I got home I opened the pizza box, it was only a pizza in there without any veggies they normally put in there and the thickness of the pizza only half the size compare with what I got before( when they just open), so I don’t know this is just one time mistake or this will become a new standard for them, but I’m very disappointed with the food today. This place just opened in Maple Valley and it’s great! We have been to the location in Burien and so glad they’ve opened here in MV. They’re known for their Birria which is really good!
