Ordering breakfast on the app doesn’t benefit customers. It benefits the staff. The website indicates the app is available to order from at 6AM. It has NEVER been active at 6AM; I checked on/off last year. The one time I ordered recently it was on at 7:15AM. When I went to pick it up; it was not ready. The store was empty of customers. I showed her my order on the phone, she did not say the cashier my order; she did not say anything to me and walked past me to take an order from a customer who walked in right after me; the customer stated that I was there first as she saw I was not acknowledged, the cashier told the customer I have a mobile order. The next day I checked the apps availability; it wasn’t available even at 8AM. Which leads me to believe they don’t want customers bothering them with orders on the app in the morning. I called in the next few days to speak to the main manager who is there in the afternoon/evening who is so EXCELLENT! She really cares about all of her customers and the staff. I instead found my self speaking to the cashier that was there the morning I picked up my delayed order. She said she is a manager and that the app is available at 6AM and that sometimes the app doesn’t work to be available at 6AM. She said I can call before I come pick up an order that I can place via phone. Because of how I was treated the morning I did pick up my order; I won’t dare call in an order or even use the...
Read moreI recently moved back in the area after being away for seven months. I use to love this Burger King because it had fast service. Apparently the lovely shift manager that I was accustomed to is no longer there. And it shows. I always do mobile orders so my food is always ready as soon as I get there and I don’t have to wait. I’ve been back roughly a month and I’ve ordered twice from there both times having to wait. The workers sometimes seem like they don’t know what’s going on or there simply is no one in the back making food. Today was the worst. I placed a mobile order five minutes before I got there. When I got there no one was in the back making anything while 2 people were waiting for food. Whoever was working in the back casually walked in from wherever and was told by the cashier that they needed whoppers. Much to my horror, I see as she puts three whoppers in a microwave to heat them up! So much for flame grilled. All of this took about five more minutes. Then I was told that I still had to wait for mine to be made. That’s when I left and now I am in the middle of getting a refund on the app! Must step up the service A year later and it’s still lacking 8/7/2023 thanks for the luke warm coffee. Nothing like starting a Monday morning with wonderfully boderline room temp...
Read moreWOW! After a long shift, I was craving an Impossible Whopper. Went in there and a miserable-looking, disgruntled manager (husky old lady w/ braids) who was clearly having a rough day took my order. She made no eye contact, gave me no greeting, and seemed irritated at me placing an order. Clearly, she was having an awful day. I asked her what time they closed and she sighed (again, no eye contact): “We never close.” I placed my order. “Do you want anything else?” “No.” She punched up the order; I put my card in. “Actually, I’d like a Diet Pepsi”. Huffing and puffing, she reached around, pressed the red x on the credit card machine, and said “That’s why I asked if you wanted anything else.” (This time she glared at me, but, hey, at least I got eye contact.) “You ain’t got cash.” “No.” So she got all irritated about the transaction and how she had to re-do it. “You know what? If you’re gonna give me a big attitude about it, forget it.”’ This location should either get a better computer system or hire employees who are not angry about being a middle-aged fast food manager and not take out their frustrations about their poor life choices on customers who have also worked all day and just want to...
