Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maplewood

I recently purchased 5pizzas brownies parm bites, this domino’s was out of the way but because I ordered and paid I drove the distance, when I arrived the female inside looked busy and very unhappy and unprofessional. When she gave me the order I was missing several pizzas and the brownies.. she said unprofessionally what are you missing. I said I didn’t want to open it because several boxes were missing. When I opened one of boxes the cheese pizza was burnt around the edge. I said yes I ordered cheese pizza but this is burnt she came up looked at it and said “ umm the cheese just looks like this I’m not going to remake this” she said I’m not going to erring this up I don’t have time for this. Do you want to cancel the whole order. I couldn’t believe her response. I took the pizza because I purchased it for my staff to say thank you for an event we had yesterday. For our veterans at Jefferson Barracks. Before I left I asked her who was the owner because the signed said privately owned. She said I don’t know his name in a snarky manner. I then asked the name of the manager and to my surprise she said she was one of the managers. I couldn’t help but wonder what manager would risk losing a customer. However when I looked at the ratings for this store it all add up. I spent 50 of my hard own money to say thank you to my hardworking team just to run into an unprofessional manager of Dominos in maplewood MO. Very slow and very rude! We waited 2 hours for pizza to be delivered. Finally received our pizzas one was wrong. We called in and at first the manager said they would deliver then said we would receive a free pizza and they would not be delivering it. After a group of 6 children had been waiting two hours we were frustrated and said a few choice words and the manager hung up. We ended up coming to pick up the correct pizza and the manager would not acknowledge us, then the manager came up because another customer came in. I simply asked whether or not we would be helped then the man making the pizza was very rude said he was hours late picking up his children. Not my fault we just wanted pizza. They insisted on calling me names and yelled. The blonde long haired shaggy looking guy was shaking because he was so mad and for nothing! Told me to make a pizza myself. I told them multiple times if they'd just make the pizza I would leave. The man making the pizza kept talking about me loud enough so I could hear and until I told him I was recording everything he wouldn't stop! They called the cops which was a complete joke. Seemed very understaffed, app said pizza was ready. Went in to get pizza waited 10 minutes, wasn't greeted. Finally someone else walked in the got someone's attention. So I did the same, only to be told one pizza from our order wasn't ready and it was in the oven. Waited another 10 minutes and asked again. Same response, this time though guy pulling pizza out of oven and cutting (believe he said his name was Stephan) asked what the order was. When he found out, he ran over and literally made the pizza (not very well) and through it in the oven. When I got his attention, I asked how long. He said 6 minutes, and made a comment to everyone waiting that if someone wanted to "put an apron on" maybe pizzas would be done faster. Waited another 15 minutes till he finally got the order done. Told him I wasn't happy and asked his name, he told me and said "for what? Refund? Not happening, we have to many orders maybe you could put an apron on and come back here and help." Won't be going back to this location again, poor customer service and blamed the customers, who are keeping the establishment open, for their mishandling...
