I come here on occasions to get vapes and disposables and my boys usually look out, but this time today I was disappointed. I bought a Razzo and it was burned. My girlfriend has gotten two others in the past week that were burned too. You can't get an exchange or refund whether you test it or not in the store, granted we are Covid sensitive. Ive gotten numerous products from you guys in the past but please use some caution with everybody and communicate better. These things are not cheap first off, so a no exchange or a refund with a receipt was like spitting in my face. Ill be an adult and go to another store where I won't have that...

I had an incident at this place, i went there and found out i left my wallet in the uber that i took to get there for lunch next door. Hosee the clerk made my day, he paid from his own money for my cigarettes and my lunch and gave me 5 bucks to take a bus and asked me to call the store if i need anything till i find my wallet. I always go there, Hosee is always very nice, hard worker, and what he did this time was the best thing any stranger would do for anyone. Whoever his manager the skinny guy is very doesnt even help. Overall the 5 starts are for Hosee....

Went into this tobacco store today instead of my usual tobacco store in Sunray shopping center. Glad I did! Dre was super friendly and was helpful and informative. He was just an overall nice guy. They had exactly what I was looking for that my other go to spot doesn’t it’s nice to be greeted with a smile and not with an attitude. Thanks Dre for making my experience feel good.
