I’ve been here about 3x and each time I’ve had a bad experience. I’m NEVER going back!!! I only went because my sister enjoys this place for their karaoke rooms. Each time I called about karaoke room availability, I was told there was none. Then my sister calls a minute later and there’s a room available. Seriously?!

Last time was this past Sunday. I was told there was only 1 room left to schedule. Got there and we were the only ones present. I was charged a $20.50 holding fee over the phone for free karaoke with food purchase, which would apply towards our bill. We racked a bill over $110. Our server was great and sweet.

However, at the end, a different server ran my Bill and never applied the $20.50 credit. Unfortunately, she didn’t have the authority to credit my card back but guaranteed me she would follow up with her Manager and call me back to inform me it was taken care of. Never happened. I had to call today to talk to the Mgr because both the charges went through. The Mgr was rude and unapologetic. Never even said sorry. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Ate here once, food was good. Had the tuna laab. Decided to order Here to go. Placed my order at 8:30. Was told it'll take 40 minutes and they'll call me. Waited 50 minutes because they said they'll call me when it's ready. Mind you I'm waiting in the parking lot in my room so there would be access for customers to dine in. Went in and guess what, my order wasn't put in at all. And wow another 20 minutes I was told to wait. And that they'll call me when it's ready. What do you know, 25 minutes later, no phone call. Went inside and it was ready. Asked to speak to the supervisor but I was told they will call me tomorrow. And my food was cold. Spectacular! I love supporting my own people. But this is one thing I dislike, you cannot get the same service as dining in. So I will not be supporting this business anymore. And I will be telling everyone about my experience because if it happened to me, imagine how many others it has happened to. If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a large amount of food for a wedding and when we received the food (day of), it was not good AT ALL. We were recommended to this company and saw all the high and great reviews however this was not the case on my wedding day. My fiance and I opted to try the food before purchasing, and when we were given a trial run of all the food, it was spectacular. HOWEVER, when it arrived at the wedding, it tasted nothing like the trial run we had.

This company cut so MANY corners. For example, we ordered pork belly. The ones we received were NOT cooked the way pork belly is supposed to be cooked. Pork belly is broiled/baked for a long period of time. Instead, we received FRIED PORK (aka fried in oil) not actual pork belly.

I'm so disappointed. They promised that the same cook would create the same dishes as the trial run. They lied. We did not receive the same food. They cut corners and provided different food than what was presented initially. We will never come here again nor recommend anyone to...
