After a busy afternoon of running errands, we were craving Angelo's pizza on White Bear Ave and noticed their sign was gone. Instead, there was a hand written sign that said "Twin Cities Pizza" and if I'm being honest, we almost didn't go in. Angelo's wasn't fancy by any means, and the new place looks like their trying to get the place up and running in between making pizza. Their menu is interesting, with lots of specialty pizzas named after different cities in the metro area. We opted to build our own: Pepperoni with half pineapple on one side, half banana peppers on the other. You guys, when I tell you that their pizza is legit, I mean it is LEGIT. Cooked to perfection, both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with how good it was. Their phone was ringing off the hook and a steady stream of people coming in the door for pick up, and we understand why. It really is good. I should also mention that the owner is from Old World Pizza in IGH, so you know it's good. I'm sure in a few weeks time the inside will look more dine in friendly, and I encourage those who may live close by to give them a try and support a local business.

We weren’t greeted by the guy working tonight in the front end, a WHITE couple comes in after, they’re greeted immediately. We asked for a iced tea/lemonade mixture TO GO, but I guess you guys don’t do that? We ordered a spaghetti with 2 meatballs, a salad w/ ranch dressing and a side of garlic bread. Tastes extremely bland, there were no meatballs, just tomato sauce and noodles, no type of seasoning. The garlic bread … (just look at the photo) the pasta was put in a large cup to go, not even mixed up. (We had to mix it up with the lid bc we weren’t given silverware or napkins for our TO GO order) $12 for what??? Don’t recommend this place. Also your staff needs to be spoken to about speaking to POC & not just catering to your White customers. If I could do zero stars I would.

There were so many toppings and it was piping hot through, and perfectly done. So tasty and filling. The staff and service were all great and we got to chat with the owner for a bit who treated us like family. My boyfriend and I will definately go back to keep trying more. I can see this place taking off and becoming a hot spot quickly. Last night they sold so many pizzas they ran outta dough right after ours and had to make more. If you are in the area or not, this place is worth the stop.

This location is new to these pizza ppl so it's a work in progress, hence 4 stars. Their pizza on the other hand is out of this world !!! They may have changed the names but it is still the same old recipes I've been eating regularly since about 1970 or so. That's 50+ years!!! And SSP\IGH has no shortage of pizza joints to choose from! I moved away from the So. St. Paul\ IGH area 5 different times & always came back for pizza. My brother was an airplane mechanic in Atlanta. One winter he had to fly up in a huge snowstorm to work on a plane. He had talked up the pizza so strongly he called my mom & said " I just ordered 11 pizzas would you go get them & bring them out to the Delta hangar." In 14" of fresh falling snow, my ma & I got pizzas & headed out for Delta passing at least 5 cars stuck in the ditch. Ma's house to the hangar is about 15 miles. we got the 11 pizzas to Delta for 6 guys incl. my brother while still warm & SAFE. Stupid...maybe. I see it as LOVE! Come on we're full blooded Minnesotans it wasn't the 1st snowstorm we've driven. Pizza was gone B4 the plane was repaired! If coming from Georgia & buying 11 pizzas for 5 ppl that only have your word it's great pizza, that doesn't say "great pizza" nothing does. Plus my mom was one heck of a mom to do that for her son & pizza!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕 These new owners & employees are trying very hard to keep this legacy going. My husband & I go from Inver Gr. Heights all the way to Aldrich Arena area for their pizza. I spent H.S. hockey seasons every Thurs & Sat. driving there & thought nothing of it. Now at least I get a pizza. I was never promised a winning hockey game! PLEASE SHOW TWIN CITY PIZZA SOME LOVE ! CHAT up the workers, find out the history. It's past employees trying to keep the legacy alive! Mmm mmm Great Stuff...

I called to check if they delivered to my location first and I was happy to find out they did! They do not have website with a menu on it right now unfortunately... but I know what I like on a pizza so I called back! Ordered a large pepperoni, garlic and onions pizza and a small pizza fries! And I wish I would have taken pictures! It was amazing!! The sauce alone is awesome, the ingredients were fresh and sooo much cheese baked perfectly!! The price was also not outrageous, so I will definitely be ordering from here anytime I don't feel like cooking! I think the best part was talking to the employees. Normally everything is done online now... which is convenient yet I've had many orders not right. The guy who I spoke with on the phone was helpful for me not knowing the menu and said the driver will contact me before he leaves. The driver was so nice also! If you want great customer service and an amazing pizza you should...
