Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Maplewood

I went in there to try to get the hot and ready pizza the 5 6 7 which I find out they're no longer offering or it's not at this location.

So I ordered extra stuffy pizza before 5 other orders that came after me by 2 minutes to 5 minutes tops and I was told before they order that my order will take about 12 minutes because it will receive extra.

I wanted pepperoni in a cashier insisted on between cheese and sausage I guess because they don't give out extra pepperoni even though it's stated that it is extra and she clarified that that means extra pepperoni won't be added to the basic order.

Before my 12 minutes up all five orders that came after me from the 2 to 5 minute range received their orders which was multiple orders before my 12 minutes was up and was in and out before me.

The reason for this post is because after all said and was done I ended up getting basically what I felt was a pizza without any extra cuz technically it was all BREAD Officially because they ended up basically making it a stuffed crust pizza as to fill a person up and not FULFILL the order as requested.

At no time was there any extra in comparisons from of all orders that was delivered or served while I was waiting nor after. For I had to wait or was waiting on the order area with in the building so I didn't have to come and go.

Upon where I complained to them and I was told that there was nothing they can do about it because that would be another charge for something that was already specified that it would be extra meat added for the cost of the order.

It was only two of us total to eat this for I was seeking to feed myself and and friend whom don't eat regularly and this was they means in shought out to feed us then store candy such as Pops and Chips and a bag of candy from Dollar Tree!

Which would have be less on cost and and more for ROI...

STAY FAR AWAY. Employees Geo and Alex. (If thats their real names) were by far the worst people I have had to deal with while attempting to order food. First call I got hung up on because "alex" was focused on somthing else. Second time I called back and attempted to order 2 large pizzas, (alex) then tells me "okay" and proceeds to say nothing after that. After a few seconds he sets the phone down and theb continue to talk about me to the other employees as I'm still on the phone.. I made several attempts to get their attention as I hear him saying "he keeps hanging up, first he wanted 1 pizza now he wants 2" I then hang up and call back a 3rd time, when the same "alex" answers the phone I ask him if he can put somone else on the phone, then I get Geo. Geo takes my order of 2 pizzas and then tells me "yes I already got that order I'm putting it in shortly" I explained to him the passed 3 phone calls his response was that he would appreciate it if I didn't talk to his employees that way. Meaning he didn't want me to ask for somone else on the phone. I asked Geo why I was hung up on and the had the phone set down, he told me "alex" was having trouble with the till. I canceled the order....

So, I made an app order which the app told me it was going to be ready in 25 mins. I live maybe 10 mins away. So I made the drive. After getting there 15 minutes early I received a notice. My order was ready! WTH! Heck yeah! So I strolled into the store, grabbed my phone and opened the app in it. Scanned my code and boom the pickup order machine door opens. I grabbed my pizzas. Unfortunately part of my order didn't open up. But I had no fear because the attendant opened it up and provided me the rest of my order. I strolled on back to my vehicle. Now my vehicle smells like Little Caesars. I got home and the pizza was fresh, cheesy and filled with pepperoni! I had 2 pepperoni thin crust and 1- 5 meats along with 2 crazy breads. I sent a thin crust and the 5 meats along with 1 crazy bread to the nieces and nephew. And literally almost devoured the thin crust I kept for myself. Little Caesars! You're messing up my diet...this thin crust is pretty fab! The customer service is awesome. I believe in rewarding your people so please reward your employees to encourage them to continue their great service! Sorry no photos cause I'm lazy, about to take a quick nap cause I got...
