Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Marana

The last few times my family and I have gone there they have been out of everything. First choice flavor? Out of it. What’s your second choice? Oh out of that too. You have to order from the menu on the app because they don’t have the flavors posted at the drive-through and the app is impossible to use. On top of that, the app never works so using the coupon that was sent to me was next to impossible as well. We had a great experience when they first opened before they ran out of everything and never restocked it. I would avoid this location. Bummer. We were so excited to have the option to take our kiddo to get ice cream once in a while nearby but I guess we’ll go to Dairy...

My family went to Baskin-Robbins on Father's Day and we ordered three cones and a milkshake. The girl explained that they only had one milkshake machine so he had to wait his turn for his shake. About 45 minutes went by and they were not making any shakes I think they forgotten to make the milkshake so my husband went up to the counter and said we're leaving I'd like to have my money back. And he asked to talk to the manager. And the manager told him and I quote"well dairy Queen will be open soon". I think they need to go back to customer...

We’ve been 3-4 times and their are particular girls there who are rude. We came right before closing to the drive thru, waited in line, and a minutes before they closed we got to the drive through speaker. The girl said we’re closed now. Sorry. I have teenage daughters and I didn’t argue. I simply found it rude and uninviting. We now park and come in when we visit this location. Some of their staff have poor mediocre demeanors and are uninterested in service. It’s ice cream though and our small kids...
