Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Marana

First and last visit to a Dutch Brothers. I ordered two medium coffees, one decaf with a sweetener, at 9AM on a Sunday morning at 65 degrees. He said we have cane sugar and I said no , a sweetener. He said we have chocolate and vanilla syrup. Really!! He was clueless. More importantly, he was badly trained and that should concern you if you are thinking of going there. We finally got to stevia in the drink, paid, adding a tip and driving forward to the window but the debacle doesn’t stop there.

When I got to the window I was presented two iced coffees. When that was being corrected I heard them call out two Americanos. I didn’t think about it at the moment, but that meant no decaf on one. This is nothing but gross ineptitude. But wait, there’s more.

I ordered a muffin. Unless the age old definition has changed I have to assume that somebody sat on it. It was paper thin but within that meager offering was my full weeks ration of sugar. It was packaged like something you would get in cattle class on a budget airline.

What I received was overpriced at half the price.

If you just want a cup of coffee, try the gas station...

This is the BEST COFFEE place EVER ! Way better than the competitors- coffee AND the people! A few weeks ago a young man had given me an extra sticker for my kids - he was so sweet and went inside to grab extra to make sure they each had one- made my kids day - I hate that I forgot his name (very nice young African American man )! Then today - I got there pulled in and realized I left my wallet at home - it’s been a stressful day I could of just broke down in tears and as soon as I rolled down my window to order I apologized and told the young woman (junior) what had happened and she said it’s okay I’ll get your coffee today ! I could have cried - it was the sweetest thing ever . I kept telling her it was okay but she insisted ! I have never been treated with this much kindness anywhere ! I just love these guys! And LOVE their coffee ! I sure hope management sees this and praises their employees- because they DESERVE IT ! Definitely come visit this Dutch for the best coffee and best customer service EVER ! If I could I’d leave 1000...

I am actually tired of this location and they may have single handedly caused me to no longer be a Dutch Bros customer. Today my wife and I went and bought 3 drinks for us and my daughter. I ordered a large light ice Freedom soda which I have done multiple times at other locations including this one and have never experienced this issue before. When the teenage boy handed us our drinks he handed us 2 out of 3 correctly. The 3rd was my drink and it was a medium, when we asked about it he said because it was ordered with light ice they put it in a medium cup which makes zero sense because that then defeats the purpose of light ice as I then become too much ice. I also noticed the drink did not look like a freedom soda but we did not want to sit there and argue with a teenager so we said ok fine whatever and left….. whelp sure enough the drink was a rebel energy which I find to be absolutely disgusting in flavor so I ended up with no drink and honestly I am just so tired of the poor service at...
