Serial Grillers — Restaurant in Marana

We placed a pickup order at the Cortaro location and had the same experience mentioned in so many other reviews here. We arrived for pickup, and they hadn't even checked on online orders. They were so confused by making meat (I mean the menu is basically red meat), we got our food over an hour later. We wanted to just leave, but they didn't understand how to refund the order either.

I noticed that the problems at this location have persisted for months and months, so this isn't a mere staff problem. This is people completely in the wrong line of work. if you can't handle a 3:30pm on a Sunday afternoon and a menu of basically meat, you need to find another job. I'd offer a less complicated possibility, but I can't even get trash pickup at my new house after 3 months of trying, so I don't know how simple it has to be for the Tucson workforce.

I contacted the owners/brothers on their Serial Grillers' website to see if they might tell me if this was a franchise or owned by them, so I might offer a kinder review. I asked them to reply "if they cared at all about the service their location has been providing for over a year".

And of course, they never responded. So, as it so often does, it starts at the top. You have owners who don't give a damn, hiring people who don't give a damn. Or are just idiots? Most probably both.

I have been here twice. The first time was excellent, that's why we came again. I ordered a create your own burger, but they didn't put bacon on it. The two cheese steaks I ordered, it almost seems like they were upset i ordered jalapeños on one, not both... but it seems as though both sandwiches meats were cooked together, with jalapeños. The one that had jalapeños added had so many, you couldn't even see the sandwich. The second one, without jalapeños had @ leat 10 jalapeños in it as well as no green peppersas ordered, & both sandwiches were so hot we could not eat them. Literally more than half of each sandwich was not eaten do to the flavor & spiciness. Not impressed. I do not want some sandwich with my jalapeños. I wanted some jalapeños with my sandwich. I've decided to leave this review. I dont want my money back & I absolutely do not want free food... I just never ever want to go here again. I'll stick with Native New Yorker just down the street, this place is horrible. Whatever you do, I wouldn't order jalapeños with or on anything.
