The two of us came here for dinner the other night. It is great to see this place fix the one issue it had, which was the service. It seemed like the people running the place wanted to do everything themselves, but now that they have established themselves and hired people for the front of the house. The food is still delicious and the service is on point. We always get the shrimp spring rolls and the bbq pork spring rolls so we can both have one of each. Pho has always been delicious here, so we tried the imperial fried rice tonight, and it was great. The taro snow drinks are also delicious. Came here tonight and sat at a table for over 20 minutes before someone just dropped water off at the table but no menus and then just stood by the register and talked to the other employees. They kept looking at us but never came with menus or said anything to us. We continued to wait for another 15 minutes and then just left. There were only four tables and three of which were already eating. I thought they fixed three service issues, but I guess not. This place has horrible customer service, and you guys lost a great customer. I ate here pretty regularly, but I'm done with the poor service.

Grand Opening day had a huge rush of customers, so we went later around 8pm to avoid delays. We got seated immediately and put our order in 10 minutes later. Food only took about 15 minutes to arrive. It was a much different experience compared to what the patrons described during rush hour. Atmosphere was pleasant and we thought the Isaac Newton theme was quirky. Tin cups and metal bowls were also different than the typical Vietnamese family-owned restaurant, but we found this change pretty refreshing. Food tasted very home made. It was a surprise, but a welcomed one since the word "fresh" came to mind when tasting the ingredients. I'd prefer the pho to have more spices to add flavor to the broth although the condiments helped to an extent. The BBQ pork and rice noodle dish was excellent as were the spring roll appetizers. It was also nice to see that they served flan for dessert since not many Vietnamese restaurants in AZ do so anymore. Right now I wouldn't say that this place has the "best" Vietnamese food in Tucson, but the potential is there. We will definitely be coming back to see how this restaurant changes with additional consumer feedback.

This has to be the best pho place in Tucson. I tried the tofu pho, which comes with beef, broth and vegetables, my mom tried the shrimp pho, which was amazing, and my boyfriend tried at number 10 which was the spicy meat pho, which definitely caught his mouth on fire, we ordered takeout and it’s really neat how they do the takeout containers they put the vegetables and the toppings on top, separated by the broth on the bottom. When you order takeout there is only one size. It’s reasonably priced as I understand prices are going higher so you can expect to pay between 13 and $15. However, the seasoning and what you get to include bean sprouts, cilantro, vegetables, and the beef broth has so much flavor is well worth it. They even packaged the bean sprouts in a plastic baggie to separate everything. They literally just opened a month or two ago so they don’t offer delivery or curbside just yet but you can call ahead for takeout or eat in the restaurant if you eat in the restaurant, they have really cool metal bowls with sizes you can pick for your food the staff is very attentive and I welcome the dining experience. Can’t wait to try it next time.

Let me begin by saying that my wife, son, and I were all very excited for a Pho place to be opening up closer to us in Gladden Farms. That’s about where the good stopped… When we fist walked in, at about 2:40 yesterday, we stood there waiting to be acknowledged by someone. After awkwardly standing and waiting there for between 5-10 minutes, we finally just went and sat down at a table. After about another 10 minutes, a waiter finally came to our table apologized for the delay, dropped off menus and took our drink orders. After looking over the menu for a moment, we ordered around 3:00. My wife and son both ordered the #24, her a large, and him a small. I ordered a #31, it was supposed to come with Eye Round Rate, Beef Flank, Tendon, and Meatballs. We also ordered dumplings. They brought out the bowls for myself and my wife fairly quickly, around 3:10. The man that I assume is the manager brings my Pho and tells me that they were out of Tendon. Usually, good customer service dictates that if you don’t have an item available for something on your menu, you let the customer know so that they may consider ordering something else! Upon further investigation, my Pho didn’t come with the meatballs either, which the manager neglected to mention! It was just two different types of thinly sliced meat, and the noodles were inadequate and lacking as well. It took them another 10 minutes to bring our son his small shrimp pho, around 3:20. That’s the last time that anybody checked in on us! We finished our food by around 3:45, and sat there waiting for our check. Mind you, they also never brought our order of dumplings! The waitstaff came multiple times to tables near us, but never even glanced in our general direction! Nobody checked on us until I had a full on scowl on my face, and then they finally came, at about 4:15. It was almost a full hour between somebody checking in on us! We watched other families come in, order, eat, and leave multiple times while we sat there waiting. I understand the place is new, and people may not be fully trained yet, but that was ridiculous! As far as the food itself, it was fine, nothing special, but not terrible either. Definitely not good enough to warrant us going back with the service lacking as it is. When they finally brought us the check, they were trying to charge us for the dumplings as well! The ones we never received that also resulted in our son being very sad. The worst part is, since we were sitting there waiting, we watched interactions between the staff and other customers, and we actually heard multiple other customers complaining that their orders were messed up as well! My wife noticed that some parties just got up and left before receiving all of the food that they had ordered because the service was so bad! We won’t be going back until there are some major changes to how this...

No water before taking our orders. Asked for water while taking the order. Had to flag someone down 10 minutes later and they said ok before not getting us water. Same server had to speedwalk to beat original server bringing out food to finally bring water. Half way through meal asked for water refills, no refills. Had to ask for a refill again while getting the check. Finally expressed that we felt ignored the entire time we were there, every other table would make a request and the server would immediately walk back and forth to grab what they needed, we would make a request and the server would go to assist another table and forget our request. I’m only writing a review because the server I told this to smirked through the quick interaction, even though I said it wouldn’t effect my tipping practices, and I just wanted to let her team know how this effected our meal. Foods great and we’ve had great service before. It’s just very alienating to not receive the same level of service you see all the other customers getting which is standard. One of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve had worse service where subpar restaurants provide bad service to every customer. It’s the distinction of feeling like everyone dining around you is a guest and you’re unwanted. We didn’t feel like anyone heard what we were...

So i understand that this is a new place. We walked in and the place was Rocklin. Most of the seats were taken and everybody seemed to be satisfied. I asked a couple by the door, what they ordered and how was the food? . They said a 29 and it was good. Ok. We sat by the TV set in the rear. We were greeted immediately. We were offered drinks as we settled in. We got our menus and realized there were allot of choices to be made. I got the 29, one guy ordered the 16 and our 3rd guy is a vegetarian. He ordered the fried rice and tofu and Vegi roll. I also ordered the gui kun and the 6 egg rolls. We got our food pretty quick. Everything was really good. They are still going through some growing pains. They still don't have everything squared away but they are new. Things will happen. Nothing bad. We ended up getting way more food than we ordered, lol. Not a bad thing for us. They will figure it out. Our waitress was sweet and very nice. She was trying hard to keep us happy. We were good. The cook or manager brought out some of our food. I told him that everything was great. He seemed happy about that. Nervou that we were upset at the errors being made but Like i said, we were good. No bad service or food or anything. All was good. We can recommend this place. Food was good. Place was clean. Service was great.. what more...
