I had a horrible experience here. The associate who was helping me became snarky and when I asked her for her name she ignored me. I asked her three times and she completely ignored me and started helping another customer. It was embarrassing . I was not yelling I did not raising my voice I did not curse. I began to walk away and she says I don't know why you are so upset with me! I said I wasn't being upset with you hon I simply asked your name. She said I don't have to give you my name. I said may I please speak to your supervisor or manager? She said I AM THE MANAGER. I said you're the manager and you are refusing to give me your name?! She said I don't legally HAVE to give you my name. And again turned away to help the other customer. And I took a picture of her so I could identify who she is when I put in my complaint. She yelled "I do not give you consent to take my picture . In fact I am calling the cops on you! " She pulled her phone out of her pocket and appeared to be dialling 911 . I said you are calling the cops on me?!? She said yes. You are being rude to me. I'm calling the cops. " I started shaking. I am a Latina and this white woman is threatening to call the police on me in Marana Az. I called my husband in to the restaurant because I was shaking so much. She did not end up calling the cops. Two other workers served me my drink and both apologized for what happened to me. Another customer was so kind and when I was calling corporate came and gave us a tip that it's a franchise and I have to find out who owns it. Yet ANOTHER customer said sorry she was so horrible to you.
I literally left in tears. I will be sure to share this story to as many people as I could. I still don't know her name. She is a white woman with tattoos on her arms. Short hair. She...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and ordered the chicken strips combo, and a side of french toast. The guy seemed nice over the speaker, asked me if I wanted anything else, I asked if the combo comes with ranch, he said "yes it does", so I said "ok, cool, that's it then, thank you". When I get to the window, he hands me my cup literally drenched in soda, so I asked for a napkin. He turns to get napkins, closes the window, and literally stairs at his computer with the napkins in his hand, and waits for the food I'm assuming? Meanwhile I'm trying not to move so I don't let the drips fall on me/my car (that I literally just detailed yesterday), he then looks at how many napkins he grabbed and put back all but 1 single napkin (its fine, I only asked for 1), then he gives me the napkin. I thank him and try to be fast because I see he has the food, but he keeps telling me "here", I told him I'm trying to wipe all the drips off, he handed me the cup covered in soda and I don't like a sticky car and hands, he said, "ok, here" & again tried handing my the bags while I'm trying to wipe off his mess. I told him that wasn't cool and he just told me to "ok, here" hands me the bags and says "have a good day" I get home, and there's no ranch either. I'd understand if I was rude, or had a super complicated meal where I switched stuff, but I wasn't. I used to run the drive thru at tacobell when I was a kid, and so I know not to mess with the crew in drive thru, because I've seen what people do to the food when they hear a rude customer, I make it a point to be nice. He needs better training, cuz that...
Read moreHorrible Horrible service at night on the weekends! Went to this establishment tonight and sat in the drive thru line for about an hour. When I got to the window I was told my food was almost done. Pulling out i noticed I was missing half of my order. So we pulled around and knocked on the door since the lobby was closed. This kid who was very poorly dressed with bad hygiene came to the door. My husband told him that we were missing half our order. After a 5 minute wait he came back to the door with fries. Stated that we got the last of the fries that were sitting up there and he had to check on the other food. As we waited the staff was fooling around, listening to head phones as the line was still wrapped around into the parking lot. As this employee walks towards the fridge for our duping sauce he puts his hands down the front of his pants, opens the condiment fridge and picks up our tenders. Extremely disgusting, and a major health code violation. The employee proceeds to hand the food to my husband and he declined stating that he just saw him put his hands down the front of his pants. Sitting the bag on the floor and refusing the food at this point and requesting a refund. The employee argues so my husband walks away and the employee kicks the bag of food into the. area between the register and hall to the bathroom. This is the kind of establishment the owner of Jack In The Box wants people to eat at? Definitely calls are being made in the morning and a few above...
