The esthetician was very nice, however the results of my facial were very disappointing. My goal was to find a new esthetician, however I don’t think I can return to this place. I booked the lemon facial appointment online which worked well. Unfortunately, upon arrival I sat for 30 minutes before I went in for my appointment, not because I was early, but because the esthetician was running quite behind. The facial began with covering my eyes with dry cotton pieces, cleansing my face and a light steam on my chest and chin. Then a cold lemon enzyme? mask on my face. While the mask was on, the steam was turned on much higher and pointed right at my face. The steam caused the mask to run into my eyes which burned quite a bit and because dry cotton pieces had been applied over my eyes and not wet pieces, they did not sit flush on my eyelids. I let the esthetician know about this problem, but it was too late, the damage to my eyelids and eyes had been done. As the day progressed, the skin on my eyelids itched and began to swell, until I could not open my eyes. It took 2 Advil and 2 consecutive hours of icing my eyes to be able to open my eyelids well enough to see. Now, a day later, I still have significant swelling of my eye tissue.

Update: on April 26, 2019, the owner, Marielle, contacted me to offer a complimentary facial to make up for the poor experience I had in February of 2019. On June 22 I had a facial performed by Marielle. She was very professional and did an excellent job with the facial. What I loved the most was her facial massage. As I've aged, I have bags under my eyes and her massage definitely reduced the lymphatic fluid. I have several gift cards to other spas that I need to use this summer, but I definitely plan to visit Marielle again...

Got to get my body right with a deep tissue massage with Toni. She read my muscles like a book and focused on the areas my body needed work like my calves and shoulders and got to vibe out to the sounds of native american flute.

Then I got to have a 1 hour custom facial eith Marielle. As a 30 year old man, nobody had ever taught me about skin treatments or routines and marielle was so kind in walking me through the what's and why's of the treatments. I walked out of there feeling so refreshed. I can still feel the effects of the treatment a full day after I cant get over it.

I don't have a lot of funds to spend on luxuries and when I do I usually go for massages. This was my first experience with a facial that my friend gifted me. The first thing I observe at places where any part of my body will be touched is the cleanliness. This place was pristine. Marielle instantly made me feel right at home, offered me water, and asked if I had any questions. She asked me questions to get to know me and.my skin.
