Smart Parts PC — Local services in Marana

Alright ladies and gents, this is my first Google review and boy is it deserved at the highest honor. I saw James had posted an ad on FB marketplace for 5800x CPUs and specifically stated "NO SCALPING PRICES" and had posted those parts at regular, non scalping price. MSRP if I remember. So I had to check these folks out. I met Wesley when I entered, and he is just the nicest guy I have ever met in a retail setting. Great person to consult on anything PC and tech related and all around super helpful and will not push you into spending money you aren't ready to spend. He is more than willing to help you look for what your asking for and just a great conversationalist in general. The guy knows what he is doing. I've been in twice, two days in a row because they had parts I needed at the right price, and have been helpful every step I've taken so far. Seriously ladies and gents these people deserve every five star review. I even got to see some of the work one of their techs had done to a customer's build and even builds they have on display and I have to say it is definitely some of the best I have ever seen, I don't remember your name as I only heard it once in conversation, but seriously those builds are solid!! I have a few more things to buy which I'll be consulting them on here soon (probably tomorrow who knows 😉) and honestly, I've got my list on Newegg with the parts but I'd much rather give my money to these honest and good people than some mega tech company or companies like Amazon where they let scalpers roam free on their listings. And that's not all people they have a list of services, from parts to custom builds they are the best I have ever interacted with in the industry. 1,000,000/10.

P.S. I'm pulling folks from around town and the state to shop here and consult them on new builds or tech advice. I recommend them that much over...

Bought a desktop PC here, and my mom got a tablet here. Good service and prices, I have a friend looking for a PC currently so I was looking up their info. Can't beat the quality of parts for the price and the service...I am pretty convinced that any bad review is just a troll or potentially affiliated with a neighboring business. Go there and tell me you think I am wrong and I will change my review,but I just can't possibly imagine any reasonable person being treated poorly.

Computers and cars both can be touchy sometimes,and sometimes people aren't aware that their browsing habits infect their computer repeatedly. The equipment I received was quality, and any problems I have had (through no fault of Smart Parts...issues like a cable going bad on my PC, or my mom not buying a PC with enough storage and needing to buy more) were quickly resolved with personal care, with good sales prices and amazing service and service costs. If you buy something here, they will really take care of you even if you need upgrades down the road. If you expect things to be perfect and never have problems then don't buy a computer or a car ever, but if you want knowledgeable staff and prices that compare with amazon you will like this store.

Even if I am knowledgeable about PC's and technology, it gives me a lot of peace of mind to be able to send friends and family to a store I trust without having to hold their hand like I would going to a big box store to ensure they don't get ripped off. By far the best place to buy a...

James, the owner, is incredibly attentive and helpful, also personable and patient! But the main point to me is how he guarantees his work and will make sure you're happy! His is one of those rare "shops" that goes above and beyond!

Initially, we went because it's close but now I'd go out of my way... We needed my daughter's computer rehoused in a new hard drive casing and he found the best solution and went through options and my non-tech-savvy questions! He loaned us an inexpensive item we needed until we could get our own!! Amazing, right?!

Initially, we had trouble configuring to the online game my daughter wanted to play, and weren't sure if it was related to the new casing... We went in about 45 minutes before closing, and James stayed over an hour late tweaking and configuring it to work! Now she happily plays almost daily. This was at no cost.

I was so happy I returned to buy a laptop, and he added upgrades and things that weren't anticipated in original pricing at no extra cost because he felt he'd committed to a price!
