Worst fast food location I've ever been to. As soon as we got there-- within 30 seconds of telling the lady taking our order we needed time to order-- she began asking over and over again "are you ready?" "Order now?" "Ready?" Which made it even HARDER to keep a train of thought to remember the orders for all 5 people in the car telling me what they wanted. I tried to tell her simply that we just needed a couple more minutes, but still she kept berating us over the intercom with continuous questions about whether or not we were ready. There was literally no other car in line, and just a moment ago we were inside the gas station and saw there was only one couple ordering there. All we did was leave and pull back around because they kept trying to rush us, and we finally figured out what we wanted to order (but not without her AGAIN asking "ready?" three times within 5 seconds of us pulling up. Then, just because we were rushed so much, we were in such a tizzy that we didn't realize she took our order down COMPLETELY WRONG. We ended up paying DOUBLE the money because for all the breakfast sandwiches she ordered double of each. They're literally trying to rush so fast that they make all these mistakes, and the customers suffer for it. NEVER coming here again, and I strongly advise others to find either a different Dunkin' location or go somewhere...

After four separate orders through Instacart, each one has been missing items. This is not a one-time mistake; it is a consistent and unacceptable pattern. I have made it a point to communicate with my Instacart driver to double-check my order before they leave the store. However, the Dunkin' employees have repeatedly and incorrectly insisted that everything is in the bag. This suggests a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the customer's order, leading me to believe they are rushing and not properly reading the tickets. Furthermore, my attempts to call the store to resolve these issues have been met with silence, as no one ever answers the phone. As a previous employee of the company, I know it is detrimental for management to step up and lead their service workers to provide better service. The current inconsistencies and lack of accountability are making it feel as though the team is not being properly managed or held to a high standard. These ongoing inconveniences are simply unacceptable. Read moreI hate even giving this place a one star. Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while I was literally the only one there. There are two kiosk counter, but they both had out of order signs on them. I’m finally asked if I could please order a dozen donuts and the guy came out from behind the counter angrily and tore both of the out of order signs off of the kiosks and told me I could order there. then he proceeded to go take an order at the drive-through while the other two people who were there, just stood there drinking their drinks and ignoring me. I then went to the kiosk and ordered a dozen donuts and then waited another five minutes until one of them decided to fulfill my order. I have lived here in this town for almost 30 years and that by far is the worst and rudest service I have ever experienced not only in this town but possibly in my entire life. I guess luckily I had a credit card because I wanted to pay in cash, but that was not even an option. Then to top it off, I got home and they got my order wrong. Not much else I can say after that.
