Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Marble Falls

Our family eats at this location 2 to 3 times a week and 98% of the time the service is outstanding. A few times we have gone there and the employee wasn't friendly or they forgot part of our order. Today however, the overall experience was beyond terrible!! My daughter and I waited 30 minutes just to order our food and another 20 minutes just to get to the window. The cashier read the order back to me then took my payment. Then after she had taken my payment, she proceeded to tell me they were out of the biscuits for two of the meals I had just paid for. I said, "you couldn't have told me that sooner?!" I asked for a substitute to which she said she'd have to ask first. I said, "nevermind, just give me a refund on everything except the drinks," which she had already handed me. The drinks should have cost $8.36, but she charged me over $10.00. I didn't realize this until I had already left and it isn't worth the stress of going back there for the difference. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience of the almost hour wait, or lack of products for my meals, or waiting until I had already paid for the meals to tell me they couldn't make them. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered at a take out restaurant!! If you are looking for good food and great service on a Saturday morning in Marble Falls, do not go to...

Made an online order here through the app and I am in a big 2 ton international work truck with a big crane on the back that makes out very difficult to use the drive thru so I pull up and see an employee turns out he is a manager and I ask him annoy the online orders and he rudely stated I needed to call the store and let them know but asked me if I made an online order which I did so yes then asks what's your name and so I tell him and he says well I'll go and get your order this time but you need to call for your order next time. Then i noticed that my drink that I ordered was not a large so I asked about my sink being a medium overhead of large and he says look says right here you ordered a medium drink and have me my order and took off back inside the store I didn't even get to get any dipping sauce or ketchup for my waffle crisp fries which were a medium size and not a large like I thought I ordered but I was just disgusted with the whole visit I had at this location would not recommend eating there due to the rudeness...

I am a frequent visitor of Chick-Fil-A here in town. The line is quick, the staff are friendly, and, as we all know, the chicken is deceptively addictive. Haha! But yesterday, my company ordered 30 boxed lunches (late in the day) to pick up at 11:45 am this morning. We arrived on time and were greeted by the manager, a very nice fellow who assured us our order would be out shortly. After only a slight wait, we were greeted by an associate carrying large black bags with all the meals inside. The bags are ours to keep- they will be GREAT for beach stuff, or groceries! Each meal came with a side (we chose waffle chips) and a cookie, and a little bag of assorted condiments, a hand-sanitizing wipe, a mint, and a napkin. Everything was well-packaged, the sandwiches and nuggets were still hot, and it went off without a hitch. This was our 1st catering order with them, but will not be our last. It cost us less, we got more, and the employees were gracious and helpful. Thanks, you guys, we will definitely be back. You guys...
