This is coming from someone who used to work here at Mojos and to keep in mind that if anybody wants to work her, to keep this in mind. I will say for the positive side of mojos, their coffee is good and their costumer service is amazing because they very much put costumers first. I have had a very positive experience with the costumer service and have meet a lot of amazing people that drive by. My biggest negative's about working here was the pay, the environment, communication, and the the majority of the workers. I'll first start off with the pay, which is absolutely horrible. They start you off 8 dollars an hours with no tips. Second, the environment is a very fast paste environment, which can be extremely stressful especially when you are starting off and you have a lack of teamwork. They also try to perceive the environment as a very positive and happy environment to work in, but in reality felt very fake, forced, and was often times very uncomfortable to be around. Third, the communication was bad between the workers when it came to knowing how to make certain drinks and what to charge. I was constantly told different things on how to make drinks and they would never tell me what was right and what was wrong, which was often times make the working environment stressful and confusing, which leads me to my last reason. A lot of the workers do try to perceive themselves as nice, very outgoing, and that are willing to help you, but in reality are very shady and catty. Although some of them are genuinely nice and are willing to help you get better, the majority of them see it as a competition and will have an attitude or will act very flakey. Read moreEdit: I have been a loyal MoJo customer for several years! This place is excellent and easily my favorite coffee shop!! Everyone is so nice, I have never experienced bad service and they all smile and treat the customers amazing!! Not sure how y’all find such great employees, but I’d hire any of them anyday to work for me, they’re just that great. Coffee is delicious and albeit I had a day with a not up to par blended coffee, they made it right and gave me a replacement drink this morning. Very apologetic, although they didn’t need to be. I just really love this place. A special thank you to the owner for acknowledging my initial post in such a timely fashion and making it right. You guys have a customer in me for life.

Just visited this morning overheard employee having concern of a bad review. Firstly I think it's a sign of a good employee to have concern over one review as I have looked at the reviews and most of them are good to excellent. Secondly if the Shopper was in this morning (7/26/19 like I was) it was crazy busy the seating area was about half-full and the drive-thru was wrapped around the building (which is almost constantly like that showing that the coffee and service is excellent) they need to have a little more patience. And for me as always the coffee was great service was fast and friendly I appreciate the happy atmosphere even the employees conversing back and forth are laughing and having fun not arguing and the music is generally of a happy nature I appreciate the work the employees do.
