Michaela makes the BEST coffees! I met her several months ago when I went to give their almond milk cap a try. She was sweet, fast & sharp. Since then I’ve been coming in nearly daily bcuz it’s so hot & the customer service is great (& they’re by my house). I wish I got her name but I think the other young lady who is dynamite is her cousin & yesterday she helped me figure out the right way to make an iced coffee drink for me (high caffeine & vegan!) She even offered to look at the ingredients list on something for me which was so helpful. It seems like they have a good little crew at this location & are able to seamlessly help customers order efficiently despite how busy they are at times. I’ll def keep coming...

Nearly everytime I’ve been in the past it was average but today was a total joke employees should not be left unattended until they’re properly trained. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, and I got a cup of cream with the splash of coffee. You can tell there’s no espresso at all. I also ordered some jelly filled munchkins, which were thrown in a bag and smashed. My husband got a breakfast wrap and it looks like it’s rotten on the inside he could not even eat it this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and you guys need to get it together first and foremost your employees do not need to be left alone without a manager if they’re not properly trained, the little girl acted like she had not been...

Ordered 12 assortment bagels with 12 assortment cream cheese. Waited 20 minutes and was given 24 plain and everything bagels with no cream cheese. Half of the bagels were "pre-cream-cheesed" with plain cream cheese which I didn't ask for. Half were just plain, but no cinnamon bagels. Went back and asked for assortment cream cheese for the 24 bagels they gave me. Received 12 only plain cream cheese. Went back again for the assortment cream cheese (what's a girl gotta do to get some strawberry cream cheese), was told it would be an extra $20 for the assortment cream cheese.
